Why not create a separate line for people collecting covid grant and parcels. I needed to collect a parcel but there's one cue for everyone, does that mean I must at the post office at 04:00 to collect my parcels because that's the time grant people start to cue and no one picks up the. No wonder people use courier services.

Why they did not yet create two lines I can't understand. I have been there twice today. Long qeues. And i just need to pick up a parcel. Is it that difficult to create a seperate qeue for the people that pick up parcels only. I was standing outside today. The qeue was THAT long yes! 15min in line. No movement of the qeue. So i left again! This is really pathetic. Up your game or open another post office. I am sick and tired of driving up and down from the other side of town. Last time i had to stand for an hour just to get my parcel. This is not on!! And the best is you get inside eventually to see there are only 1 or 2 people working.

Be prepared for a long wait at this post office. Tellers move at a snails pace and the branch doesnt look as clean cut as other post offices. I collect wish parcels there but I 'wish' they could be sent to another branch !

The worst post office in South Africa. I've been phoning for 3 days without an answer. Systems continuously down and none of the staff can or are willing to assist. The post office is also very filthy and smelly.

Don't buy anything online that is not delivered straight to your door. If anything you buy gets delivered here, consider it gone, because you will never be able to collect it. The queues are miles long, they're slow and don't care about you.

Good day. I visited Kraaifontein post office today, to collect a package sent from abroad, only to be met with closed doors and hand written notices on the windows: "Closed untill further notice." ....?!?! I received the collection notice on Friday 3 March 2022 with a date stamp of 21 Feb 2022. Will the post office open before 22 March 2022? Tanya

The post office is close till further notice Parcels can be collected at Brackenfell post office. People that have post boxes can get there letters from 08:00 till 13:00 weekdays the door is open for post boxes.

Customer service is very bad,the staff is not on time. They start work when they want to, on their own time knowing that there are alot of people that needs to be assisted. Their staff is so slow they make people wait in long queues unnecessary and they need to study time management. Had a horrible experience I am disgusted I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to kraaifontein post office

Had great service my first time, understanding and very helpful consultant, up until the third time when a different consultant assist me, you could see the whole facial expression that either this person is new (which I doubt) or tired, etc. didnt even show any interest in assisting you, just said cant get your package sori, thats it didnt even bother asking to check my parcel code again, I didnt even suggest to check the code again, I just left dont even think I will go there again but have too, " UNFORTUNATELY " Im a relastic person and according to me consultant vacancy package come with people skills, other than that im satisfied with everything

Friendly staff! Arrived at 07:50 and there were 5 people ahead of me. Opened exactly at 8am, I was out by 8:15. Building looks a little run down but service is good.

Dont ever get anything delivered here. The staff are absolutely horrible and can't perform the basic function that is their job. I tried calling in everyday, 8 times a day, for a week and not a single answer... Had to drive out there, only to find out that they lost my package. What a joke. Honestly the bottom of the barrel. I hope everyone who works here gets fired
