Absolutely PATHETIC service! My boyfriend was in a incident right infront of the police station where a skollie if I should put it that way threw a brick right through his windscreen at 22h30. He immediately ran into the police station stating his complaint as he saw which direction the person ran. All the police officer said was they could do nothing, while outside the station a police vehicle with 2 officers in the vehicle was idling. Not long after he arrived at the police station another gentleman ran into the police station to state that he has just been hijacked infront of the station. I am utterly disgusted in the service and performance of our police authorities. Utterly a disgrace to our community!

I can understand more and more why people are relying on private security or the private sector to assist as most of our government offices can not assist us. 67 phone calls made still can't assist me

There is limited parking. It has wheelchair access. There's a constant long waiting line. The Police try their best however they are serving an area too large for the resources. Unfortunately the Detectives are swamped and because of it they don't do a very good job.

Tonight I was assisted I hope his name is correct officer Barties at the Kraaifontein Police station. After 20h00 He listened and really showed care and concern while I didn't even know what i was saying. I want to say more but for now I Just want to say thank you to him.

Tried calling to report an accident across from my home. No answer. Twice. All I can think is what if I had a serious emergency, only to be met with unanswered ringing... Appalling.

we have people making noise on 26416 Skwatsha Street Wallacedene Kraaifontein. Its been 4 months now we have been calling the police and sending emails they dont even respond are you guys this useless which crime are you stopping then

Unfortunately there isn't a zero rating. I stay in Peerless Park in Kraaifontein. My neighbours have repeated parties, despite many requests, yhey ignore me to turn their music down, so I resorted to calling Kraaifontein Police. They always have excuses and never respond. The person taking the call I don't think even contacts the patrol vehicle. I have been mugged in the subway of the N1. No follow up from the police, despite reporting. This is why there are skewed statistics on crime - people just don't report it any more, because the police are useless/corrupt. Oh, BTW, in terms of the constitution it is my democratic right to have peace and quiet in my home. Utterly useless!!!

Phoned them an hour ago to come out to a disturbing the peace adress still waiting for someone to come out. For all I know the ppl can be dead but don't worry ou police wil serve us and protect is. What a joke when a food order arrives before the police.

At night it is very bad shame only one officer that was very slow helping 27 community members. CSC need more officers please. Two hours standing on a line to get help.

Sometimes I need to go here. They always been friendly and helpful.
