Very tasty pizza. The price is fair and you get a fresh baked pizza. The stuff is very nice and help you if you have any questions or special wishes. You can add stuff on your pizza or put stuff away from your pizza. So all in all you can create a pizza in your taste and size.

I usually my go to place for Pizza pies as I'm just across the road from them. But service really slow .keep getting orders wrong then have to wait longer than the time given my cashier.

Romans still make the best pizza... service is impeccable ...I got the 2 large pizzas for R140... really a great deal

Don't know how they still make an existence. Ordered online and was told order will take 30mins. Which is already long for a fast food place. In the end the order took 60mins to fulfill. Ridiculous. Numerous other customers very upset in store and the staff take no ownership. Careless, unfriendly attitude. Some Staff in the back just stand there doing nothing. The Manager clearly can't run the production line effectively.

Worst service from the manager and staff on Sunday evening 29 October 2023. They seem to be foreigners who don't understand basic English and are not able to write down an order. It bet it is easier to book a ticket to the moon than to order a pizza from Romans Durbanville. The owner of the branch needs to train his staff.

Quick and easy, food is also well prepared and i never had a problem.

My pizza pie was so had and literally almost the entire thing was filled with Chilli sauce not a bit of feta an an chicken ... I didn't take it back cause well I was hungry an didn't have time to still go back but gosh this branch really must take some tips from soneike Roman's.......highly disappointed

Pizza good, parking on a Friday limited due to nearby entertainment spots. Although there was a long delay from telephonic order expected ready time until being ready for collection, the queues alone confirmed that the price and quality is a winner. Enjoyed their pizzas.

Consistently giving a good experience, best value for money pizza. Romans are one of the few takeaway restaurants which never seem to mess up an order and always deliver a scrumptious pizza. As a response to food delivery apps - Romans launched a website which offers the convenience of browsing their menu, ordering and paying online. I'd highly recommend this channel over placing telephonic orders.

Good pizza and I come here despite it not being close to my house because its consistently good.... But I was slightly shocked to see kitchen staff not wearing gloves when prepping food... Its a pandemic and just unhygienic. The lady folding boxes is wearing gloves but the guy in the kitchen working with the toppings is not? Please fix this and I will be more than happy to change the review.

If I could give them less I would!!! The worst possible staff and super rude!! Who ever owns it is more than welcome to call me. Absolutely disgusting!! If the staff can't be properly trained to speak to customers than shouldn't be in the front office!!! Disgusting!!!

Worst pizza I have ever had! Stale chicken and dried out cheese! Tasted rubbery and was cold as well.
