Getting my Covid test was super easy. The staff are very kind and efficient and there was no queue when I went so it was a very satisfactory experience.

I can not recommend this company enough! Prior to going for my PCR test, I emailed Louis with all my concerns and questions and he was so quick to answer. I didn't have any hassles. I then went in for a PCR test at the Rondebosch branch and the service was amazing, I didn't get the gentlemen's names who assisted me but they made me feel so at ease. I got my results within a couple of hours as they had said, no back and forth and no errors on my certificate. I am exceptionally pleased with this company. Thank you Louis and the team!

I needed a quick Covid - 19 test for my daughter. The service was upbeat and friendly from the first contact on the phone. They have a walk in facility - but just be patient wear a hat and sunblock because the queue is outside. I have had a really good experience with this testing centre.

Absolutely amazing service, I went to get a rapid antigen test and I was in and out within a matter of minutes. The man and woman who helped me were so kind and had such a lively and wonderful energy, they made my day.

Went to Rondebosch branch, very quick, efficient and friendly. Tested at 2 pm, got my PCR result within 8 hours via both email and text.

I made an appointment for a priority travel PCR test the day before my flight. I showed up at 10am and got my results at 4pm the same day. The people who work here are friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again when I need a test.

Pleasant experience. Friendly professional staff. Quiet location. Competitive pricing. The COVID PCR testing service is better termed "drive by" than "drive through". After brief enquiry at the outside kiosk/tent, we registered our details online from our mobile devices, waited in the car for personalised assistance and made a contactless "tap" payment. Results were received within 24h via email, as promised. Invoice and relevant codes for medical aid claims are supplied by email, upon request.

Nurse Ayesha was quick, professional, knowleadgable and pleasant! She did a Rapid Covid test on my hubby which was uncomfortable yet she managed to make it bearable. It's a venue I would highly recommend.

Make sure to find out which Medical aid plans they actually have on their system before you go (same system for the Jhb branch). I was given no good reason as to why the Classic Saver wasn't on the system, nor any assurances that it will be taken up with Discovery.

Really bad experience. Staff require training. The nurse could not draw blood and sent me away after I had paid. I did submit a complaint but received no communication. The lady at the counter used another patients details to complete my forms. Overall I am not sure this establishment has a clue what they are doing nor do they seem to care. I noticed the following stuck up on their notice board: If you think you can do a better job than our staff, we are accepting applications. This says a lot about their attitude. Rather use Pathcare. At Pathcare the staff are always friendly, it is clean and they do a great job!

The Epicentre Rondebosch team and their Operations Manager, Louis are absolute superstars. Their service is very efficient and they are more than happy to go the extra mild for special request. The nurses are very professional and proficient and the turn around time for travel reports is very fast. I would rate them ten out of ten and would certainly recommend them for travelers that require PCR tests.
