    Kyle is an excellent trainer. He wastes no time during our sessions and is somehow simultaneously very personable. He is very knowledgeable about fitness, having an answer for all of my inquiries. At this point in my life, I needed something effective and consistent. I’ve found that with Kyle. I’m very happy with the results so far working towards my fitness goals…and it’s been less than two months! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

    I started training with Kyle in March and he has been instrumental in my Krav development. Always went above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable with what I’m doing and always checked with me afterwards how I was feeling. One of those few trainer who really does care about his clients development.

    Kyle is exceptional. He designed a exercise and stretch program for a group of tourists visiting Cape Town. He gave the group exactly what they wanted ...and that was a challenge. They were extremely happy with the stretch and exercise course and said they should have started it from day one. Thank you very much KW personal training. Fantastic organization and great customer service. I'll be using you again. Anthony

    Kyle provides an excellent service and is very effective at what he does. I started training with him while having an injury and he carefully shaped a programme to achieve my training goals without aggravating the injury. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer.

    I found Kyle while looking at gym options for my 15 year old gamer... (a.k.a. doesn't move much ;) son. I decided to give Kyle a try as my son loves people so I thought he'd benefit from the relationship with a personal trainer rather than finding his way around a gym. Kyle has been great! Getting my son to his sessions is never a fight and he always comes out of them feeling strong and motivated! Kyle has really taken the time to build the relationship and tailor a programme to suit where he's at with that little extra challenge to keep things interesting.

    Kyle is a fantastic trainer. He has helped improve my fitness and strength, and was able to start where I was, not where I should have been. The workouts are varied and interesting, but there's also consistency. Overall, I've been really happy with my training and can highly recommend Kyle.

    I have a long-standing and absolutely amazing history with Kyle. I started training with him from 2013-2016 and in that period I was at my fittest and strongest that I had ever been. I smashed and exceeded challenging exercises and circuits because of Kyle's determined spirit and motivation to see his clients prosper. Now in 2022 I have started training with Kyle again, and have never been disappointed! Kyle individually tailors the sessions according to your needs, goals and ultimately the great potential he sees in each client. He has a wealth of knowledge in his area of expertise and he brings great energy and enthusiasm to each session. I look forward to my next journey with Kyle and I can truly vouch for his exceptional services.

    My wife and I began training with Kyle at his gym in January 2023 because we needed help in getting motivated to exercise consistently. We started with Kyle's free initial session and decided to train with him twice a week. From the get-go, Kyle has been motivating and easy to work with, and is mindful of our fitness goals. He consistently checks in on your progress and really invests in it alongside you. To reach our goals, Kyle suggested high intensity-type workouts. In the two months we've been training with Kyle, we can already feel stronger and fitter (thanks to running up and down his driveway and the jumping jacks). He keeps you accountable and will always message you the day before your scheduled session to make sure you're still coming, something we find incredibly helpful in motivating ourselves to show up the next day. For March, we've increased our sessions to 3 s a week - it's just worth it. I could not recommend Kyle more - if you have a fitness goal in mind, he's your guy.

    I have never been particularly fond of exercise, but since I started training with Kyle a few months ago, I can honestly say that I don't absolutely hate it, in fact, I almost look forward to it. So much so, that I'm even considering adding another session per week. No matter what mood I'm in when I arrive, I always feel better when I leave. I never thought I would own a pair of MMA grappling gloves, let alone enjoy boxing, but here we are. Kyle is always positive and encouraging and manages to maintain a professional trainer/client relationship while at the same time making you feel like a friend. Trust me, he is not your friend, and will push you out of your comfort zone. If you're looking for a reliable trainer who will tailor your sessions to your needs, I'd highly recommend Kyle.

    Best personal trainer ever! Each session is well planned and different to the last. I have seen amazing progress so far and it's mainly due to Kyle making exercise exciting for me again. He know's just how much to push to make you work, while still keeping it fun. I have been blown away with his overall knowledge and commitment to my progress. Could not recommend Kyle more!

    Starting with Kyle was definitely scary at first because I had doubts about whether or not I could ever change my habits and start a healthy lifestyle, but he completed changed my perspective on training. He encourages me during every session and never allows me to quit when I’m tired. I have more energy, I sleep better and I feel so much stronger and overall better about myself.     My daughter and I started training with Kyle two months ago. Kyle is an experienced, professional and committed personal trainer.  He is caring, supportive, encouraging and truly cares about each client. He is extremely knowledgeable about the working of the body and ensures that our technique is correct to avoid injuries. The sessions are creative, making it fun and challenging for all fitness levels. We can see our fitness levels are improving already and we look forward to our sessions with him😊

    Kyle is supporting me tremendously in my journey to become fit again. He is very knowledgable and adapts his training methods to my personal needs. The workouts are varying every time so that it doesn’t get boring and I have seen first results very quickly. In addition, working with him is always a great pleasure as he has an amazing personality - very motivating, optimistic and supportive. I can only recommend him!

    Kyle has been absolutely amazing! My wife and I started training with him right before the holidays. We have not only lost weight, but we feel good in our bodies for the first time in ages. He is communicative, always reliable, positive, and fun to train with. He sends messages to check in during the week, and offers practical advice for people who aren't ever going to be fitness nuts or perfect dieters. I can't recommend him enough!

    I started with Kyle the beginning of February. What a choice I have made, to create a difference for myself. Kyle started us off at the bottom and if I look back now there is no way I would’ve thought I could do what I’m able to do today. He has convinced me, motivated me and pushed me to the limits . Without him I wouldn’t of been able to still be doing this training . The way he has done this has only wanted me to go back for more . You don’t see the difference within the first month but you feel the difference, only after consistently going back and wanting more, with the motivation that he provides you with and your commitment do you see your physical difference. I’m am with Kyle for 4 months now and I have monthly goals. After every month thus far I beat my own goals. This would’ve never been possible if it wasn’t for him. For a person who thought he would never partake in a running race, Kyle is now preparing me for some upcoming events. Really appreciate the commitment!! It’s just the way he does this type of thing and it is purely unique. I doubt you’ll find better. I just really want to thank you as well for the constant motivation. Keep doing what I can see you love , job well done !!

    I have been with Kyle for about 3 months and have been blown away with his training. He is incredibly knowledgeable and varies the techniques to suit each persons ability or needs. He pushes us to get the most out of each session but the exercises are always fun and diverse to keep us motivated. I have never looked back since starting with Kyle and recommend him highly!
