My
wife
and
I
began
training
with
Kyle
at
his
gym
in
January
2023
because
we
needed
help
in
getting
motivated
to
exercise
consistently.
We
started
with
Kyle's
free
initial
session
and
decided
to
train
with
him
twice
a
week.
From
the
get-go,
Kyle
has
been
motivating
and
easy
to
work
with,
and
is
mindful
of
our
fitness
goals.
He
consistently
checks
in
on
your
progress
and
really
invests
in
it
alongside
you.
To
reach
our
goals,
Kyle
suggested
high
intensity-type
workouts.
In
the
two
months
we've
been
training
with
Kyle,
we
can
already
feel
stronger
and
fitter
(thanks
to
running
up
and
down
his
driveway
and
the
jumping
jacks).
He
keeps
you
accountable
and
will
always
message
you
the
day
before
your
scheduled
session
to
make
sure
you're
still
coming,
something
we
find
incredibly
helpful
in
motivating
ourselves
to
show
up
the
next
day.
For
March,
we've
increased
our
sessions
to
3
s
a
week
-
it's
just
worth
it.
I
could
not
recommend
Kyle
more
-
if
you
have
a
fitness
goal
in
mind,
he's
your
guy.
