    Has all the equipment you need to get strong and fit. Also there is a range of good trainers, specialists and biokineticists to help you achieve your goals.

    Amazing place to train, R350 per month, well equipped and with Trainers, Bio's, Physio's and Chiropractors.

    Very open area with everything easily accessible to use, everyone is mindful about each other and respects each other. I still currently gym there and it has everything I need for my routine.
