The wifi is spotty and unreliable. The TV signal went down every other minute. Their breakfast makes you violently ill. The rooms have thin walls... you can hear doors slamming and hallway conversation from different floors. The elevator is slow, and the narrow windy staircase is a bit dangerous. The bathroom shower emitted brown water the 1st 60 seconds you turn it on -- every time. A/C wasn't working initially at check-in. Hotel employees were annoying and rude. This place is all bad. Avoid.

I arrived at Prassa hotel in Mindelo and i was greatly surprise with the modern decoration that make you feel as you are in Europe or USA...the rooms are ample, comfortable and well illuminate, with a large bathroom and the service is fantastic...the food is nouve cuisine with a modern view in taste...bartenders are friendly, as everybody working in the hotel...i have to mention that the owners, husband and wife, work in the front of the hotel and they bend backwards to make you feel at home...a fantastic experience...

Wonderful food for nice price. We tried the stroganoff chicken and the Vietnamese rolls. Everything was delicious.

Saturday’s is a must-go to Prassa 3 - really high quality live music with the best artists, amazing food and great caipirinhas :)

The place is nice clean and beautiful, but the staff doesn't pay attention to the customer, in the middle of putting my order the server left me and went to answer some ladies in a parked car on the st. I was furious she did that and no respect for me. The owner need to train the the whole staff from management to the dish washer about customer services and hospitality.

Lovely hotel , rooms are excellent, staff are friendly and very helpful , they were very accommodating with doing us a early breakfast when we went fishing , would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting mindelo
