Beautiful hotel, every room has a specific theme from one of the islands, very friendly people. The breakfast is of excellent fresh quality. A 24/7 guard makes you feel safe and secure ;) highly recommend this hotel

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean and well equipped room (air-conditioning, safe, a minibar and flat screen TV for those who care). Breakfast offers a wide choice. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is the location, conveniently within walking distance of the Marina but not in a nice part of town, and not offering any view of particular interest.

Beautiful oasis of peace and quiet in Mindelo. Very friendly and personal service, lovely comfy rooms, amazing shower and the best breakfast. The perfect place to stay in Mindelo if you wanna get away from the hustle and bustle but still close to everything.

One of the best places to be in Mindelo! A cute hotel with beautiful terrace on the roof with sight over downtown Mindelo. In the shaded court you can have breakfast and later on little refreshments and beverages. The rooms have names of caba verde islands, not numbers, and are very clean and neat - attended twice a day. Despite of room cooling system available we used the fan on the ceiling (available in every room) which cools neatly without any noise. Personel is very friendly and speak English, French and even German. If ever we return to caba verde thats the place to return to.

Enjoyed a relaxing stay here, a conveniently located hotel which has friendly helpful staff. Wonderful to eat beakfast in the courtyard. Happy to organise early breakfast when you want to catch the early morning ferry to Santo Antao. Roof terrace good to catch the afternoon/evening sun

The best hotel I think you can find in Mindelo

Lovely quiet little hotel, very friendly.

At Kira's hotel you feel right a home. It's perfectly located to explore Mindelo. There are some nice restaurants close. It's close to a bank, the beach etc. The rooms are clean and the staff is really friendly. The only thing to improve could be the coffee in the morning (more warm and better tasting), but if you prefer tea there is no need to worry about that ;-)

We had a lovely stay at Kira’s Boutique Hotel. The location is perfect to discover the city of Mindelo. The staff was welcoming and friendly as was Isabel who recomended some nice restaurants. We loved the roof terrace to enjoy the sun and relax after a day trip.

I recently stayed at Kira's Boutique Hotel in Sao Vicente, Cape Verde with a group of friends and had an amazing time! This place is amazing! A very nice, cosy, romantic hotel in the centre of Mindelo. Within 300 m of restaurants, 5 mi walk to the beach. The rooms are just beautiful and not too warm. Protected windows from insects, airco, ventilator etc.. on the roof you can read a book in all quietness. And there is a beautiful patio full of flowers! A real hidden treasure!
