I
would
like
to
share
my
experience
with
this
hotel,
and
unfortunately,
I
cannot
recommend
it
for
a
specific
reason—what
appears
to
be
a
lack
of
commitment
to
customer
experience
and
assistance.
I
must
commend
the
professionalism
and
kindness
of
the
receptionists
at
both
Santa
Maria
and
Deluxe.
However,
I
encountered
challenges
with
the
hotel's
management,
which
I
found
to
be
unprofessional.
I
had
initially
planned
to
stay
for
two
nights
before
a
scheduled
trip.
Unfortunately,
my
travel
plans
changed
within
the
first
day,
and
I
realized
I
couldn't
stay
the
second
night.
I
approached
the
hotel
management
and
politely
explained
my
situation,
requesting
a
refund
(second
night).
Regrettably,
I
was
informed
that
there
is
a
no-refund
policy,
and
there
seemed
to
be
no
willingness
to
assist
me.
I'm
uncertain
if
this
experience
had
any
relation
to
my
status
as
a
local
immigrant,
as
I
felt
a
lack
of
respect
in
their
approach.
It
is
my
belief
that,
had
the
situation
involved
a
Portuguese
guest,
a
resolution
might
have
been
found
and
readily.
I
travel
extensively
to
Cape
Verde
and
other
countries,
and
I
have
had
the
opportunity
to
stay
at
various
hotels.
I
can
confidently
assert
that
there
are
many
other
hotels
in
Praia
with
superior
management
and
a
more
favorable
customer
experience.
This
was
my
first
experience
with
this
hotel,
and
I
am
hesitant
to
consider
future
stays.
I
hope
this
feedback
contributes
to
improving
customer
relations
and
experiences.
