It
has
proven
to
be
an
excellent
choice
to
have
Green
Line
Tours
as
our
local
base
and
as
coordinator
for
our
remote
hike
on
Santo
Antão.
We
received
lots
of
good
advice
and
help
for
our
holidays
in
Cabo
Verde
and
we
made
friends
with
Angela
and
Paulo.
Traveling
during
the
Coronavirus
pandemic
is
challenging
and
requires
to
be
familiar
with
the
local
restrictions
and
paperwork
-
we
got
all
the
input
we
needed
from
Angela.
The
arrival
from
Lisbon
and
the
domestic
flight
from
São
Vicente
to
Sal
went
therefore
very
well
as
planned.
Hiking
on
Santo
Antão
was
clearly
the
highlight.
We
decided
to
do
some
hikes
on
our
own
and
the
hike
from
Ribera
da
Cruz
to
Monte
Trigo
(Track
306-310)
with
a
local
guide
as
a
package
offered
by
Green
Line
Tours.
To
hike
the
northwest
part
of
the
island
has
been
very
tempting
to
us,
due
to
the
fantastic
feeling
to
hike
in
remote
areas
and
to
really
earn
the
highlights
of
each
stage
of
the
hike.
We
enjoyed
every
minute
of
this
adventure
-
from
our
start
in
Ribera
da
Cruz
with
an
unexpected
grogue
tasting,
then
listening
to
our
guide
to
learn
about
culture
and
live,
the
understanding
that
people
live
up
there
with
minimum
of
water
and
supplies,
the
gorgeous
mountains
and
valleys,
the
quite
night
on
the
plateau,
mingling
with
the
folks
in
Monte
Trigo
and
finally
the
boat
trip
to
Tarrafal
de
Monte
Trigo.

you

been
very

to
us
and
surprised
us
with
a
perfect
organized
tour
-
thank

Cabo
Verde
has
a
very
special
place
in
our
memories.
