I'm lost for words to qualify the amazing experience we had at Casa Djedja. The attention to details, the quality of the rooms, but more importantly the kindness from all the staff. They truly made our holidays even more memorable. Plus they were patient even our 3 small boys were wrecking havoc 😀 And they truly welcomed feedback, good and bad. I love that. We will definitely come back one day!

Stayed two weeks and it was a joyful experience. The decor is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable and the breakfasts are so yummy. But the staff are the best part, they make you feel like family and no request is too much for them. Highly recommend!

It was a short but a very lovely stay! The hotel is beautiful! The breakfast is amazing. You feel like at home. And Patricia their host wins the best host award if there was one! I loved everything and I hope to be back soon!

Casa da djedja is a wonderful guesthouse very well situated in Mindelo at 5 min from the center and 15 min to the beach. Patricia and all the team are so nice and the breakfast is delicious, the best we had in Cap vert (fresh fruits, homemade cake and fried beignets, croissants...). The guesthouse is decorated with a lot of taste, the family suite is very spacious and beautiful and they also have a little garden very nice. Additionally we had trouble with our inter islands flights and Patricia was a big help to provide the room and get information for us. Thank you again for the warm welcome. We had a great time in Mindelo thanks to you.

What a gem!!! This little place is so special. The staff are amazing, from the time we were making our booking all the way to our departure, they took really good care of us. Patricia and her team truly understand Hospitality. My friend was not well, Patricia went out of her way to take us to the pharmacy since we do not speak Portuguese and help us to explain and get what we needed. It's truly a home away from home. I will go back any day!!

Casa da Djedja is charming, beautifully decorated and the rooms are really comfortable. The breakfast is fine but by far the most appealing about Casa da Djedja is its staff. And not to forget: the inner courtyard is a tranquil shaded place.

There are two types of places I like. The ones where I enjoyed my stay and the ones that make me want to come back. Casa da Djedja is one that makes you want to come back! 💯

The guest house exceeded our expectations. The property itself is fabulous. It is magnificently decorated, everything from guest rooms to shared spaces is spacious and clean. Nice atrium area to sit and relax. Breakfast is delicious. Staff is extremely friendly, helpful and considerate. Location is prime, walkable to all the popular restaurants, the beach and lounges.

Comfy room, cold AC, cute garden, delicious breakfast, but the best part was the staff. Extremely helpful in anything I needed whether it was a local recommendation or furthering my travel plans. Thank you Patricia, Jessica and Marco!

We had a wonderful time at Casa da Djedja. Our room and the rest of the hotel are decorated beautifully. We especially loved the backyard. But what really made our stay special were the incredible kind people. Patricia, Jessica, Marco and the other ladies we met were incredibly kind, attentive and helped us with the organization of transportation, reservations and the tour of the island.

The most amazing hotel and staff ever! I can't say enough about the beautiful rooms and decor of Casa da Djedja. The rooms are immaculately appointed and the staff are extremely professional and caring. The location is very safe, and close to all the main downtown spots. The breakfast and fresh fruit juices were delicious! I'd recommend you stay here if you can, you won't regret it.

We highly recommend Casa da Djedja ! We were lucky enough to stay there in a beautiful family room (we are a family with three young kids aged between 4 and 8) for a couple of nights at the beginning of our trip and at the very end of it. Definitely the best hotel/guesthouse of Cape Verde Islands for us ; we went to San Vicente and Santo Antao. Casa da Djedja is a tastefully decorated place managed by a very kind, welcoming and competent woman, "Patricia". Her team is also amazing. They do everything then can to ease your trip and give you nice tips. The food is excellent. We really want to go back to this guesthouse of a very high quality.

We had a lovely 3-night stay at Casa da Djedja in Mindelo in 2 connecting suites (one double and one triple). The whole place is very tastefully decorated and it has a beautiful, tranquil garden. The staff is so kind and helpful, you can ask them anything. They really treat you as a guest without being too familiar. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic with a big variety of fresh fruits, yogurt, any kind of eggs, pastries, fresh juices, etc, etc. The place doesn’t have a restaurant for lunch or dinner but there are plenty of restaurants just a few minutes walk away. And when you don’t want to go out, the staff will assist you to order in. Our only comment was the changing water temperature in the shower. But they were working on it so it’s probably solved by now. The place isn’t cheap but in our opinion you’re much better off here than in the bigger top end hotels in Mindelo.

Our stay at Casa da Djedja was AMAZING. The place is super charming, very well decorated and the rooms are extremely comfortable. The breakfast is also super good but the most remarkable thing is definetly the stall. Patricia, Jessica and the whole team made us feel like at home. We’ll come back!

The best hotel I have ever been in Cape Verde. Gorgeous building, high quality rooms and the bed comfort can not be beat. Also high quality service. Every staff member is delightful and eager to help, and the breakfast is delicious. You can take advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple sites, and have drinks. I had a wonderful experience

We loved our stay at Casa Djedja. The staff and Patricia were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, the location is perfect to get anywhere in Mindelo, the breakfast is delicious, and the whole place exudes style. The staff was also especially kind with our three young children. I highly recommend staying there.
