I’m
an
elite
Accor
member
and
I
usually
don’t
write
bad
reviews,
but
this
hotel
was
utterly
disappointing.
The
environment
is
gorgeous,
and
the
hotel
is
nice
and
(mostly)
clean.
That’s
it.
The
restaurant
is
shameful,
service
is
slow
and
food
is
subpar
to
say
the
least.
Breakfast
is
varied,
but
poorly
managed,
with
people
waiting
30
mins
to
get
a
clean
plate,
food
improperly
tagged
and
being
replenished
5
mins
before
breakfast
is
over,
and
terrible
coffee
(that
nobody
tells
you
you
can
switch
to
decent
coffee
if
you
ask
the
waiters).
I
will
stand
out
the
service
of
a
few
staff
members
like
Janet
and
Lucas
at
the
reception
who
where
kind
and
attentive.
But
many
others
were
even
rude,
to
the
point
of
looking
at
you
like
you
were
annoying
them
by
asking
for
a
clean
plate.
The
rooms
are
nice
and
spacious
(at
least
the
luxury
one,
to
which
I
was
upgraded
due
to
my
status),
but
my
bed
was
never
properly
done
(my
sheets
were
partially
ripped
and
I
had
to
fix
the
mattress
cover
in
the
middle
of
the
night)
and
the
towels
had
stains.
The
spa
is
great,
but
access
is
not
included
with
lodging.
Overall
a
hotel
that
would
be
a
good
4
stars,
but
it’s
a
poor
5
stars.
