I was hospitalized for a week. On the 3rd day of hospitalization, when a couple of doctors finally showed up, they disrespected me as a patient. When I asked for the names and registration numbers of the doctors to file a complaint about them, the entire staff and those same doctors denied them to me. My partner asked for a place to call to speak to someone responsible since they were not giving me the reports, not even to me for wanting to report them, they gave him a number where they also disrespected him. While I was hospitalized, I asked for explanations and no one took charge. At that moment the head of therapy showed up, the only one who took the trouble to explain things and the treatment to me well, but he also did not want to give me the names and registration numbers of the doctors in question. When I was discharged, I asked for the complaints book, which they do not have. They offered me a digital one that does not appear on the clinic's website. All of this will be reported to the corresponding authorities.

A total disaster, I was treated in the ward for pharyngitis, they gave me a worthless paper prescription, they did not load that prescription on the computer and after the rejection at the pharmacy, when I return, the doctor who treated me confirms that it does not have way to upload it to the network, I would have to return in the morning because there is a doctor on that shift authorized to legalize the prescription, a shame in every sense, and the doubt about the validity of the doctor who treated me and did not notify me that this paper (prescription), was of no use, to make matters worse the receptionist assured me when I left that that paper was loaded into the system. Everything was very tricky, to make matters worse while waiting at the micro guard, we saw 2 dead people pass by on stretchers...and a biker who went to look for a friend who hit his leg and was admitted to "intensive care"...a shame...

The worst ART service. Two and a half weeks attending me at that clinic, they coordinate your appointment then they cancel it (they make you go and travel there and then you don't have an appointment or the professional is not there). They do not provide you with medical attention, they do not prescribe remedies or deliver them, there is no good management. Today after complaining to the art I was treated at another center and in one day they confirmed the diagnosis and operation that I must undergo. Now I will focus on recovering and then taking action, a total abandonment of the patient and health. The receptionist was rude, haughty and had little ability to resolve conflicts. The horrible facilities, little place for transit with momentary disabilities. Without a doubt a shame! THEY DO NOT HAVE A BOOK OF COMPLAINTS, Those responsible have no one to show their face! I sat on the stairs because they had me standing for more than 30 minutes with crutches and a torn ligament, if you could have been standing I admit it!!!!! They have the waiting room far from reception. The medical care is terrible! They lack empathy and service! Access to the ramp you have to tell them to open it otherwise the lady at reception is not interested!... you are a disaster! I invite you, if you are responsible, the next time you hear a complaint instead of looking at it from afar, come forward and solve it or calm the situation. And demonstrate that you have that ability; They have many complaints about art and they all coincide: poor attention and reception and traumatology, a disaster! Read their comments, evaluate it and propose how to improve it instead of being haughty through a computer!

Well, I called and they treated me very well, tomorrow I will make an appointment with a dermatologist, I hope to get it because the comments are good.

In this place they saved the life of my mother Maria Landera on 11/21/2021. I will always be grateful!. She was admitted with a serious stroke and they fed her and stabilized her from minute zero. They do the impossible for the person to live and get out of their frame. I've seen that! The attention is personalized, from Administration, nursing and doctors. The care is careful and detailed every day. They take care of the patient as if it were their own family and that vision they have makes the final result positive, plus the fight and the determination that our family puts into living! They accompany you in rehabilitation in kinesiology, in swallowing with a special mention to Melanie, and in the success of achieving discharge with the fewest possible consequences! El peor centro de la ART que vi en mi vida. Tardan horas en atenderte cada vez que vas, el trato de las recepcionistas no es bueno y los médicos llegan horas tarde al turno que ya tenes pactado. Elijan cualquier centro menos este porque va a ser una pesadilla si se atienden ahí. El médico que me “atendió” me hizo esperar 3 hs, yo a una semana de operarme, para decirme que no me iba a atender. Una VERGÜENZA
