I liked that the room was large and comfortable~ There is a trampoline, swing, and swimming pool, so it was great for children to play.

It's the best place to rest and play. There's a kitchen so it's fun to cook. If you request a barbecue party, they will make hemp ribs and the taste is amazing.

The owner is friendly

The rooms and nice and everything so far only issue is unique to some of the rooms not all: bent door and door frame. Dirty floors depending on room. The air-conditioning cam be better in filtration. Pros: Decent price per room, comes with 2 restrooms, nice kitchen, okay beds and sheets. Good place to have celebrations or mini stays.

We rented a one bedroom villa with a kitchen. Great space, comfy beds, and strong airconditioning. The only issue is that we found someone's false eyelashes on the night stand table. But other than that, the room is clean and spacious. 😆

Located in middle of Saipan Island near Airport Quiet & wide place, mid size pool, Good for Couple or Family with kind owner Market within 5 min. They got most korean food ingredient and some items cheaper than korea.

It's a bit crowded but all is great... my kids loved it. And it was a fair price😁👌

Rooms are spacious and staffs are very friendly. The place is little far from downtown, by taxi yoh reach downtown for 10$.
