It's accessible and reasonable. But I felt very bad because of the unfriendly female employee. I made a reservation for 3 people, but they told me to pay extra because it was only for 2 people. Frustrated, we were looking for our reservation there for a long time, and the employee gave us the key because it was her mistake. It was fine up to that point, but I didn't understand the need for a set of spoon forks in the room, so I made them explain "disposable" and "plastic." In my opinion, it can only be expressed that you don't have a basic understanding of the amenities of the Serenti Hotel Room or that you don't have a sense. The good impression of Saipan disappeared because of her. I regret being caught in a hurry and coming here. I personally don't like it, but I hope you have a happy trip to Saipan

Stayed there for 10 days and it was simply great. They have everything necessary from the mini fridge in the room to the complementary ice between 2nd and 3rd floor. Comfortable bed, nice shower with everything provided up to the toothbrush and paste, new air conditioners etc... Highly recommend!

Awesome place to be. Very clean and spacious! Love the customer service and accommodation that the hotel provides to their customers.

Took a minute to figure out the light situation, not standard mainland style switches. Hotel was decent. Beds were a bit firm, which I liked. However had one motion sensitive light near bathroom/entry way which made quick nightie bathroom trips more wakening that I liked. Overall decent location on strip. Might be construction noise due to massive hotel/casino being built on adjacent property, BUT generally quite enough to sleep well by 10-11pm.

Great location. Decent hotel for its price, but in Saipan most tourists can only use wifi because their phones are not compatible with the islands bandwidth, so they can’t get a SIM card, so they need good wifi. The wifi in this hotel is garbage, so I can’t recommend this hotel. No breakfast provided.

Very clean hotel located in the Dow town area of Garapan. The staff is very polite and helpful. You are close to many eateries and there’s a entertain group that Performs everyday across the street at I love Saipan. The walls are pretty thin so you can literally hear everything. In the morning you’ll hear the cleaning ladies clean, vacuum, talk very loud or singing. While at night you’ll hear people and their children in the hallways and sliming doors. The WIfi is super slow..

Does all the basics well: top location, price, clean, comfortable bed, great shower,. lots of parking, friendly staff, surprisingly quiet given the location. No frills but everything in Garapan is on your doorstep. Slight negative for me: I was in town on business and found that the desk space in the room is not really adequate. The internet was s bit patchy on a couple of days.

The location is convenient and staff are friendly, but everyday from 10am-5pm there is the noise from the hotel's construction and 6-9pm the loud music from the "I love Saipan" store across the street. If you want to rest during the day in your room, then you may get annoyed...

Hotel is fairly new. my room was clean and AC was nice and cold (you'll have to turn it on once you check in). There's also free IT&E hotel WiFi.

Definitely the best location in Saipan, in the middle of Garapan near to all the restaurants. The rooms are big. I stayed for about 2 months with 2 different rooms and different views. They have installed a digital/electric do not disturb/room service sign but never to good use as I have to still hang the sign on the door or they will not even clean the room. So, many times the room was not cleaned even when putting the electric sign to please clean up the room. All the staff were friendly except for one lady whom had zero customer service. Left the key in the room and when I asked for the key she was so annoyed about it cause very occupied with the phone. She was the only one that had issues with the laundry bag sending to the counter below.(I was originally told to put at the counter) Even had to ask my colleague to return it back to the room for collection. Always sarcastically remind about the laundry even after leaving the laundry at the room since after being told.

My cousin booked me a 3 night stay at this hotel. It's located in the downtown Garapan village. Friendly staff and great customer service. My room offered a refrigerator, a minibar, and air conditioning. The room was clean and pretty huge to include the restroom. The hotel also offers newspaper, and baggage storage. on-site restaurant, free parking and free Wi-Fi are available. Located nearby are Mexican restaurants, Hard Rock Cafe, IHOP, Beach, Beer & Chicken, NinNikuya Grotto, Loco & Taco Smoke Dining Bar and more! Most of these are within walking distance. Nearby attractions like American Memorial Park, which is a popular park. I enjoyed my stay here. When back in Saipan Island, I would like to stay here again.

Surprisingly comfortable beds, clean rooms, hospitable staff, and walking distance to many of Saipan's best cafes and eateries.

Great location right on downtown area, can walk to shopping stores, restaurants and cafes. Can walk to micro beach. Reasonable price. Fairly new and AC works well.
