THE
GOOD:
It
look
very
modern
and
trendy
on
the
outside.
There's
a
fair
amount
of
parking,
which
is
rare
for
most
of
the
resorts
on
the
island.
The
lobby
is
spacious,
with
comfortable
wicker
seating
facing
a
small
stage
where
traditional
dance
shows
take
place.
The
rooms
are
affordable.
The
"tower"
rooms
are
spacious
(I
can't
tell
you
what
the
standard
rooms
are
like).
THE
BAD:
The
lobby
is
the
only
place
where
you
can
get
wi-FI.
There
is
no
wi-FI
in
the
rooms;
if
you
ask
the
front
desk
staff,
they'll
give
you
LAN
cable
that
only
fits
certain
laptop
models
-
NO
MACBOOKS.
This
was
one
of
two
main
reasons
we
left
the
resort
after
one
night.
The
other
reason
was
the
"bathroom"
in
our
room.
Mind
you,
we
were
in
a
"tower"
room,
which
was
the
"upgrade"
of
the
potential
available
rooms,
supposedly
with
a
nicer
view
and
nicer
amenities.
MAJOR
disappointment
-
and
quite
surprising
-
to
see
that
the
"bathroom"
was
actually
three
separate
areas:
1)
a
sink
and
mirror
with
a
towel
rack
in
the
room
itself
-
separate
from
the
bathroom...
which
means
you
have
to
use
the
toilet
and
walk
across
a
hallway
in
your
room
to
the
sink,
to
wash
your
hands.
2)
A
tiny
room,
with
a
door,
for
just
the
toilet.
Could
be
considered
a
nice
thing
if
there's
multiple
people
in
one
room
and
you
want
privacy,
but
still
didn't
see
the
need
for
it
be
a
separate
room
from
the
shower,
until
we
looked
in
there
and
saw...
3)
a
separate
room,
with
a
door,
for
the
"shower".
This
room
was
horrendous.
It
looked
like
a
boot
camp
or
prison
shower.
The
entire
floor
is
old,
moldy
tile.
The
tub
is
to
one
side
of
the
room
while
the
detachable
shower
head
is
mounted
to
the
wall
right
in
front
of
you,
with
the
water
controls
and
spigot
below,
at
about
skin
level.
There's
a
drain
in
the
floor,
next
to
the
tub,
for
the
water
that
will
rain
down
on
you
in
this
exotic
shower
experience.
There's
no
good
place
to
put
a
bath
mat
to
dry
off
after
your
shower...
you
essentially
have
to
put
it
down
on
the
carpet
outside
of
the
bathroom.
No
room
service.
The
buffet
had
flies
and
the
food
looked
lackluster.
The
"restaurant"
has
a
9-item
fixed
menu
no
matter
the
time
of
day.
Also
lackluster-looking
food.
I'm
vegan...
and
there
was
almost
literally
nothing
I
could
eat.
The
restaurant
refuses
to
customize
food
orders
from
what's
available
on
their
menu.
There
aren't
many
food
options
within
walking
distance
outside
of
the
resort.
The
hotel
is
built
right
next
to
"Wave
Jungle"
which
is
the
weirdest
and
creepiest
looking
abandoned
water
park
I've
ever
seen.
Our
"tower"
room
with
the
"nice
view"
looked
straight
down
over
this
creepy
fixture.
I
posted
pictures
for
