I
was
on
a
short
trip
to
Denmark
and
for
a
few
days
in
Helsingør.
I
was
looking
for
an
interesting
place
to
eat,
and
as
I
travel
alone,
I
am
always
on
a
quest
for
one
of
these
places
where
you
can
really
count
on
the
quality
of
food
to
keep
you
busy.
After
investigating
the
reviews
of
restaurants
in
that
little
town,
I
picked
Mos
restaurant.
You
can
find
it
on
a
nice
little
square.
Past
the
modest
facade,
I
was
welcomed
by
a
lovely
young
waitress,
who
mastered
the
art
of
having
the
exact
amount
and
tone
of
interaction
to
make
you
feel
comfortable
and
welcome,
without
being
invasive,
which
is,
when
you
are
in
the
habit
of
dining
alone,
quite
precious.
I
took
the
5
course
tasting
menu.
And
taste
I
did:
every
dish
had
this
apparently
effortless
simplicity
that
characterizes
the
cuisine
I
enjoy
most,
and
that
is
in
fact
anything
but
simple
to
achive.
From
deliciously
fresh
raw
fish,
meat
and
vegetables,
to
perfectly
cooked
fish
and
vegetables,
a
joyful
parade
of
wonderfully
balanced
tastes
and
textures.
Each
sauce
and
seasoning
perfectly
succeeding
in
both
respecting
and
sublimating
the
natural
characteristics
of
great
quality
aliments.
Even
dessert
managed
to
blend
some
pretty
interesting
flavours,
under
its
appearance
of
simplicity.
A
surprising
experience
:
surprising
to
find
such
quality
in
this
discrete
place
in
this
little
town,
surprising
to
discover
in
every
dish
the
little
touches
that
transform
simplicity
and
harmony
into
uniquniquely
enjoyable
experiences.
I
hope
this
place
gets
the
attention
it
deserves
in
the
next
years,
and
yet
manages
to
keep
its
soul,
because
in
my
opinion,
this
"understated"
first
impression
is
part
of
the
delightful
experience.
