I came for a medical conference and when I came back to the hotel at night my key card was not working. The hotel has no night portier. When called they said that they were far away from the hotel and did not have a master key, so I needed to take a taxi to another hotel. The next day I got my expenses refunded. In cash. In Danish Krones even so I don't wanted it cash or in DK. Because the computer was not working. And a bank transfer would take many days, maybe until next year. They apologised, however I would have expected that they, at least waved the night in the hotel. This was also not possible. I can recommend the other hotel. It is called Lautrup Park Hotel.

Lovely hotel outside the city centre. Lot of public transportation in the vicinity so it is still a good place to stay when doing a city trip to Copenhagen. Also, this part of the city has a lot of restaurants and bars to enjoy your evenings nearby the hotel. I stayed here when on a business trip some time ago and still remember it as a well run, clean and comfortable hotel.

Quiet and clean hotel with a location perfect for our needs. We didn't try the breakfast. The hot water was in the hallway. A kettle in the room would have been nice.

I stayed for two nights in a weekend. The room was good. Quite large (not sure if it was a standard room, no 524), clean, and suited my needs. It could do with a refurbishing, but it's much more important to me that it's clean than new. The hotel staff went out of their way to help me with a couple of practical matters. I also checked out 20 minutes too late because I didn't realize that the, checkout time was 11 and not 12 in time, but I didn't have to pay extra. The breakfast is quite simple and doesn't have a lot of variety, but it was perfectly fine. This hotel is situated in the middle of the city centre with the train station and bus stop within a, 10 minute walk. There are many shops and restaurants close by. I recommend this hotel if you are staying in Herlev. I'd be happy to stay there again.

Super cozy and quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities (coffee and tea corner, free books, etc) are a nice touch. Beds are a bit too soft but apart from that it was a delightful stay!

Nice and cosy, located very close to various shops and amenities. There is a nice little church and small cementary very nearby. Free tea and coffee for hotel guests which was very convenient.

It is a nice hotel with a decent breakfast included. It is very near stores and a shopping mall. And they also offer complementary tea, coffe and books for the guest that you can find by the end of the hall.

Hi Unfortunately we were not happy with our stay. The Hotel is pretty old and you can see that as well on the walls that the wallpaper is coming down, the bed was almost about to break when two people were laying on it and there was not welcome bottle of water at the room, just two glasses. The breakfast was by far not what we expected and what I know from other hotels in copenhagen. The eggs and sausages etc. were cold, the koffee bad and the bread not fresh. We just had a little and sipped the breakfast for the rest of the stay and left even a day earlier as planned! We will for sure not come again even though we are on a regular basis in Copenhagen.

A steady breakfast was served with many options! The room was quite nice, but not very modern. Close to quite a few restaurant and just 20 minutes to the central station with the S train.

It is a great spot. Very clean and quiet. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Very convinient to catch trains to airport. The only problem is that it is not easy to find the location for the first time even though it is only 9 minutes walk from the train station.

This is really good hotel with fare price in Denmark .The location is a bit outside city but still it's having well access by both bus and train. The train is just 2 minutes from hotel. This hotel offers breakfast free. The staff is friendly and well mannered. If u plan to stay long term, then i suggest to have ur laundry urself or outside hotel. Because laundry is expensive here.

The 'Kro' has temporarily moved into the hptel redyaurant due to remodeling. The menu has changed a bit. I liked the previous menu better ,but the food and service remain very good. .
