The
place
is
ok.
Service
at
reception
is
friendly
and
accommodating,
unfortunately
I
was
incredibly
disappointed
with
treatment
by
August,
the
physiotherapist.
Unprofessional,
disinterested,
indifferent
massage
without
feeling
for
the
body,
almost
sloppy.
Like
sticking
your
tongue
out
the
window.
Knowing
that
there
is
someone
up
there
who
knows
their
hugs.
My
second
and
last
visit
to
Kristina's
physiotherapist
was
no
better
than
August's.
She
was
most
interested
in
the
questionnaire
and
directives,
and
when
I
asked
for
a
massage
in
the
gluteal
muscle
I
got
a
very
long
explanation
that
she
had
to
comply
with
the
new
guidelines
and
directives
and
it
said
that
you
were
not
allowed
to
massage.
Christina
said
that
if
I
she
massaged
me
at
my
request,
it
would
be
equivalent
to
me
trying
to
persuade
her
to
steal
candy
from
a
candy
store.😂😉😞
I
couldn't
feel
a
person
who
worked
with
bodies,
as
if
she
preferred
would
stay
in
his
head
and
had
no
connection
even
with
his
own
body
either.
Totally
cold
and
stiff.
Reluctantly
she
stuck
a
very
cold
and
pointed
finger
into
my
Balle
muscle...
dear
Kristina,
don't
you
have
two
hands.
Relax
and
get
into
your
body,
or
find
another
job.
It
may
well
be
that
on
paper
they
are
trained
physical
therapists,
but
most
of
them
up
at
York's
studio
can
do
nothing
but
hide
behind
questionnaires,
simple
exercises
that
you
can
do
in
advance,
they
clearly
want
to
have
as
little
physical
contact
as
possible,
but
their
clients
as
possible.
Sad.
