Thrown out of the gym mid workout by club manager Trine Hansen and got membership canceled for making too rigorous use of their campaign (and coincidentally on my birthday😂). Personnel with aggressive attitude. Asked to get a phone number for the SATS office to discuss their actions, but was rejected information. Blaming the costumer for not understanding that their diamond membership isn’t made for such a frequent use with a campaign offering. It’s a disgrace. Edit: just found out SATS is the old fitness dk. Makes totally sense now. No wonder they are all in on profit optimizing above gym experience and member satisfaction.

The view towards the canal in this gym is one of the best I've seen. The reception area and entrance is very nice and the staff is polite and helpful. The first floor is primarily cardio ie. bicycles, rowing machines and treadmills. First floor also has machines. Ground floor is the free-weight area, which is alot a smaller than the first floor. Locker area is clean and spacious. Price for a single days training is 99 DKK which isn't exactly cheap.

They raise membership prices without any warning, they closes the sauna without any explanations or due date, it takes them weeks to fix broken machines, and the changing room are usually disgusting at all times. No need to mention it is overly expensive, and that they don’t offer membership options (the only one being Mon-Fri until 3pm VS anytime, for 40kr difference). Furthermore, they brand it as Spa when there is only one small sauna which just reopened after several weeks, and is now missing features such as time and sensor. Unacceptable.

Location is too small. Less equipment and space, often crowded.

500 dkk/month for this: disgusting changing rooms, broken lockers, deteriorated gear and arrogant staff

Sauna 😊 Could be slightly warmer, but better than municipal swimming halls' saunas. Good machines and nice personnel. In quiet times, this is definitely a place to train. Sometimes, when it's busy, some queueing time for machines, but hasn't been too bad during the month I have been using the gym. Free entry included in room price for Radisson Hotel guests.

One of the best gym I ever been in👍. It’s new modern up to date equipments and the staff is really helpful. The gym faces the canal and the view is just beautiful. I found my self just looking out the windows instead of training. 😂 The space gives a true sense of fitness. I really-really love it gonna be my go to gym for sure. 😃👍

Really hope some one from this Gym see this feedback. Gym is good but sooooo difficult to book a class for a simple reasons: There are VERY FEW classes planned every day. On a Thursday, 3 classes between 6-7, then 3 classes between 17-18. And waiting line is extremely long. And the rest of week are the same. Very sad to see the classes are so poorly planned and managed. Not sure if I would keep my membership if the classes continue to be so few and so difficult to book. 🙁

Probably, my favorite SATS in Copenhagen. You can enjoy the harbor view while you train. I would only like a couple of things to be improved: the ventilation in the treadmills area and the sauna. I think it’s a shame that the sauna is in such a bad condition if you compare to Copenhagen’s municipal swimming pools. But probably it’s customers fault, who put all kinds of liquids on the oven, which they are asked not to do.

Small and cramped gym, but very fresh. Nice view over the river.

Excellent place to keep fit while admiring the beautiful views of the canal

Only two deadlift racks that are very close together. Generally everything seems very squeezed which is weird because the building is brand new. Cannot recommend to those mainly using free weights and racks.

They removed rubbing alcohol during the worst time of the pandemic, it makes no sense, specially with how overcrowded it often is. There's some soapy water in dispensers instead, but doesn't seem effective at all

Love the view of the water while doing yoga in the stretching area of the gym! 🤸🏼‍♀️

The view is amazing. I am satisfied with the changing room cleanliness (although I usually go out of rush hour). The staff is also nice. But where am I supposed to train? There is this small area for floor workouts where 2 people (max) fit, if doing jumping jacks, burpees or similar. No place to combine jumping, weights and floor exercises. You should also put a few pairs of small barbels upstairs, so I don't need to go to another universe to fetch pair of 3kg weights. It is also super hot inside, which is weird since it is below 0 degrees these days in Copenhagen. I was told that summer is unbearable. Air conditioning and a set of small weights on the second floor would be appreciated. thx :)
