I stayed here for 4 days in the first week of June 2023. It's a resort hotel with a good view of Ciremai mountain. They have a large pool and playground for kids and sufficient parking lot including in front of guest' rooms. Room is large, clean and spacious with separate bed room and working room near front door. Breakfast was provided near swimming pool. The food and drink were various enough although it may become less and less interested for more than 4 days. Overall, it is worthed for work or staycation in the short period of time.

The high point is the aquamedic pool. Rooms, food, and all that are alright.

Get a mountain view room. Nice Front office staff that accomodate the request. Also nice hot pool attendant. Try the aqua medic spa, and have a vert nice experience. Excellent staffs that explains everything. Overall good stay. Location far from the city. Food are hotel standard. Need to look further to get local good food.

I used to go to there, i love it, i recommendation for some friends to visit. And i plan to go there when i have vacation. Last week i go there, some feature is not change, but many feature has already broke and old. I think it is not worth for expensive pricing. Please mantain your environment, espesially the aquamedic pool therapy.

I have a bussiness trip here, stay for a night, all good for the room, only minor the smell of smoking still linger. Beside that the food great, the service also fast responding, they have poll in the middle of the hotel area

Old but well maintained hotel. Clean, spacious room. Friendly staffs. Must-try the hot spring water spa facility! Plus, beside the hotel there's a clean and free entry (for hotel guests) public swimming pool with 2 hot spring water pools and 1 cold spring water pool.

Hot spring is the only helpful thing, but they didn't maintain it. Heavily overpriced, food is so-so, room is average, always book before because there is no fixed price. Staff bad attitude and there is no spa. Look for other hotel in the area.

A Good place to spend your time with family, But the facilities lack of Maintenance. Rooms are large (28 sqm), several rooms have 2 parts that you can put extra bed for children. Swimming pool far too far, and we have once entry pass complimentary swimming pool.

Not a new hotel but the rooms are very large. 50 m2 perhaps. Nice... I like this.... There's a natural hot water swimming pool where people can relax and enjoy the health benefits of the spring water. Some minus points: (1) the noise ‼ The noise from "seminars" etc were so loud that it was heard in the rooms late until almost mid night. (2) in the bathroom one had to walk over 3 steps, up, down, down. I was reminded of this, but I still got my toe bumped against it... (3) how do you test if a surface is clean enough? Use a clean tissue paper, rub it over the surface. It was dirty. If you don't do this, at a glance it looks clean enough. Just my two cents for the management. (4) Wifi didn't work in the rooms... But overall it's a great event for the whole family.

The most recommend hotel in Kuningan Area. The ambience is nice.. the room is clean.. the food is ok..and good place for family because they had kids pool and adult pool and also spa with hot spring water. You have to book in advance because this hotel is best seller.
