A perfect place to spend quality time with family. My room had a balcony to enjoy the evening breeze. Staff was well behaved and helpful. I would love to visit again.

This hotel offers amazing budget friendly rooms. Rooms are upright and well maintained with all the basic amenities. The check-in process is really quick. Efficient and soft spoken people provides you with a great experience of staying there.

This hotel offers you easy check-in and check-out process at the reception. Their rooms are decent sized with balcony that gives proper ventilation to the the room. Hotel staff is well spoken and kind in nature.

After an easy check-in process, I received a decent sized room with a balcony. The view from balcony was refreshing. Hotel was also easy to locate. I spent a gala of time here.

This is a perfect Goan stay for those who are on a shoestring budget. Between Panji and Old Goa and 10 minutes ride from either places, this small hotel is nestled in a small lane surrounded by palms and backwaters of Mandovi river. If you get a room with balcony, you get to see the scenic Mandovi and the floating barges and yachts. The rooms are big enough for 2 people and are equipped with basic amenities. The room service is quick by Goan standards and it also has an attached restaurant and bar that opens around 8:30 am. If you want your tea earlier there is a small restaurant bang opposite. This place is far from the vibrant, popular beaches and is meant for those who want to soak the interiors of rustic, sleepy Goa. You'll need to rent a bike/car to move around. However, the local bus stop is a stone's throw and you can reach anywhere by the cheapest possible transport. Just that they operate only till 8pm. At 1600 Rs for double occupancy rooms, this place is the biggest bang for your buck in Goa

Very worst bed rooms , cupboards and maintainance not properly maintained and service is also poor. Please don't get fooled by Ratings from Oyo/ Google reviews.

Wonderful people, food, location and view from my room. Had a great stay.

NOT RECOMMENDED. Bedroom was dirty with the removed clothes of previous guest hanged inside the cupboard along with the beer bottles. Bathrooms were smelling very bad. Poor led bulbs inside the room. No Dustbin No Waterbottle inside the room. Mattress of the bed is of very very poor quality. Towels were not there. And the reception boy is giving a look like he's not bothered about anything whether you come or go or you need something or not. He doesn't even asked us for our ID cards that's interesting. It is like dharmashala kind of hotel.

Rooms are not maintained. Food options are limited. Location can be an advantage but need to be well maintained.
