Super rude guy in the drive through. He was very direct and had an attitude when we told him we said no tomatoes and he put tomatoes on our food. We asked for his name and he slammed the sliding door shut. We tried calling the catering number for that location to get a hold of customer service or something and he was on the other side of the line. We didn't catch his name. He also never gave us a receipt (nor asked if we wanted one) to see what we asked for or do an employee survey. I got a deluxe box but there was no box. They put all of the food in a bag. If you eat here, do NOT go through the drive through. It will be the worst experience in your life. However, they are still out of sodas and are usually unprepared. Someone actually rammed one of the windows with a truck or something. You can see not only a damaged glass pane, but damaged wall structure too!

Downgraded to 2 Stars! I specifically told the man in the drive-thru "No beans" on my wife's Mexican Pizzas. And told him that it was very important I got that right for her (she wasn't with me) and he laughed and said okay. I get all the food (nearly $50 worth) and I get back home and guess what???? BEANS on BOTH. Should I have to open the wrapping up and pull it apart to make sure it's right before I drive off? It was such a simple and important thing. And they couldn't get that right. This has happened so many times here and everywhere else in Paola. I will celebrate when my order is right. Even once. Ughhh! Oh and if you complain, they treat you like a Karen. Because I guess we don't have the right as a paying customer to get what we want... TAKE WHAT YOU GET is their motto apparently.

These guys open at 1030 but don’t wake up at 11 apparently, instead of pop corn chicken they put 1 whole chicken strip in my bowl with no way to cut it, asked for sauce twice and still didn’t get any and didn’t get my drink. Guy at the window was very unfriendly too. Do better smh.

Staff is always grumpy because they never have enough help. Quality of food is never the same. Pizzas are either smashed or falling off the side, and orders are always wrong. As requested, no sour cream is always ignored.

Worst kfc and taco bell I've been to in a long time. Completely unorganized. And almost always gets your order wrong.

Absolutely displeased. Was put on hold for 9 minutes at the speaker then got to the window and when I asked for a correction on an order he rolled his eyes and walked off. I was stuck at the window saying "sir" and he walked off with the window open. A woman came around and I kept saying "ma'am" and she ignored me too. He came back and was extremely rude and sarcastic and while asking if I wanted any sauce flipped me off. Unacceptable. This was the manager with 1 arm and was not wearing a name tag

The 5 piece strip meal was disappointing. The strips were small and tough like jerky. The crunch wrap was not hot and started to fall apart while being eaten. Some of the employees were complaing loudly about being at work.

God bless the poor employees who have to work under management/ownership who would allow this restaurant to be as filthy as it is. Taco Bell/KFC is a shell of what it was 15 or 20 years ago.

The store has no customers inside. Why is every car that goes through the drive through parked for 5 minutes? If there are not enough people in the building to make food why are you in Paola? 5 cars in a row filling up your parking lot is crazy.

Big dogs in management really outta check this place out. There's no reason why it would take 20 minutes to get four soft tacos. Come on man. Read the reviews I'm definitely not the only one... 😡

The cashier was terrible. No manners and not helpful. When I asked the price difference of the combo or single item because I couldn't see it on the menu his response was, "not much." The cook who made the food was excellent, apologized for our wait even though it didn't take long at all and thanked us for coming. If not for the cook being such a lovely person I wouldn't be coming back here. The food was good, I enjoyed it. The same taco bell you get at any taco bell.

Taco bell/KFC in Paola KS The service was terrible from filthy tables, no straws, and messed up orders - wrong items or missing items. The front counter girl was frowning/ scowling, moved at a slugs pace, and seemed intellectually challenged. She told an elderly gentleman, when he questioned the price he was charged, was higher than the posted price, that it was the price with the taxes added. When she was asked for straws because the straw bin was empty and a cleaning rag because the table(s) were filthy, she acted like it was a huge inconvenience to provide basic service. This was not at all during any kind of rush hour, it was actually pretty slow , which I now know why. Almost every customer in there, myself included, made it known there would be no return visits to this restaurant.

All items were not included, ones that were Included was really not fit to consume. And didn't, will not be going back, for a while, or until ifor get how bad the food was , lolol, no really /that new roll taco is horrible, reminds me of that item brought from the store, roled up has several in a box, they started with a [ t] maybe

The girl running the drive thru interrupted me while I was trying to order a Mexican pizza she says we are out of the "stuff" to make a Mexican pizza. Really on Saturday night at 815 you can't make a Mexican pizza? Never had this problem before. So I ordered 2 tacos. They were dripping in grease. And she called me sir.

First off the drive thru is atrocious, takes 30 plus minutes to get a simple order. Workers have attitude and almost always messes up the order. Only go here if you are desperate!!!!

Just your run of the mill Taco Bell that has a KFC side. Service and food have improved since covid lift, but still just an average TB
