Service was excellent. Though I brought my Dodge Laramie in 1/2 hour early, they immediately started its service. The service was completed quickly. Everyone was both friendly & professional. When I picked up my truck an looked it over everything was completed as requested. I am totally satisfied with the whole experience. Thank you!

My Dodge ram needed a new transmission with only 11,000 miles on it! The service manager Dan told me my truck needed an oil change but yet my truck had another 1500 miles before I take the oil needed to be changed but he told me because of the transmission they replaced. He needed to change the oil which I think should’ve been under warranty because of the transmission he charged me for an oil change. Dan the managers out for an any money he could takeoff of you!. Beware if you have to deal with him.! he must get paid commission! Also, another thing about Dan the day my truck was finished. He called me and told me come and pick your truck up if you don’t return enterprise rental vehicle enterprise will bill you direct to pay for any time you keep that truck while your truck was done! Oh, that really putting me out I had my Friday planned, but I had to change my whole schedule because I had to go pick up my truck because it was finished and there’s no way I was gonna pay for the rental! Poor Overall, Outten, Chrysler and Tamaqua disappointed me!

Had an awesome experience dealing with Mike from beginning to end. Received what was offered. No hassle at all. Transaction was smooth as can be. William closed the deal out, they worked as a team.
