Never again. Haven’t been here for 5 years. And know why. Zero service, food still partially frozen. Absence of any staff for several minutes at a time. No bartender. No wait staff. No “how is everything?” To top it off the minimum tip on the shack out machine is 18%.

If I could give NO STARS I definitely would. My servers body language told it all to begin with. Not happy to help. The manager was worse. A manager by the name of Craig let me know that there was nothing they could do to resolve our issue with my son disliking his food order. The managers exact words were, "This is what you ordered and this is how our mac and cheese is." No further explanation or offer to resolve in anyway given. All meanwhile having a very condescending attitude with complete disregard for hospitality as a whole. Will never be back here!

Food was still pretty good but we just got appetizers. Our server was nice but the rest of the staff is clueless. Seriously. One brought the food out and just ignored me as I asked for silverware... the next one we hailed down brought us plastic.... they just didn't have any more??? While everyone around us got real utensils... can you say DUH?!?!.... NOW I'm not trying to be brutal here but WHERE was the supervisor? The bartender and the hostess was complaining about another worker... can't imagine why.... management needs fired or help... one or the other... Corporate, you need to pay attention!!!

Our server was really nice I ordered a sirloin. It was really good cooked how I liked it which was medium I got corn on the cob and fries. The fries were really old almost rockhard, but besides that the rest of the food was fresh and good.

The only problem was the hamburgers were order “pink” , the hamburgers were cooked well done. Easy to order online and the order was ready when I arrived. The “3 for me” is a bargain.

I placed an order on line (to go section), and after I arrived, I followed the instruction that were promptly given to me as soon as I place my order. My food was out shortly. It’s wonderful. I love your chicken strip basket! Your staff is excellent. They’re courteous, friendly, and very efficient!

Usually I am very satisfied with food at this location. Went yesterday at noon and was very disappointed. The rib eye steak tasted freezer burnt and the side of asparagus had absolutely no seasoning added. The brisket quesadillas had only a very tiny sliver of meat on 2 of the 4 pieces. The ribs were not very warm and tasted like vinegar. The street corn was good, but pretty dry. The garlic bread was cold and not crispy at all The guy who seated us was very nice, and the waitress was okay. The food was not up to par at all. Spent over $60 and came home and we had to fix food to eat. The only thing good were the fries, which we got and were charged for 1 extra order.

My food was really good and the waitress is really nice. My family and I had a great time.

I had a sweetheart waitress. Lovely smile. Fresh food. Decent prices. Good deals. Ill go back again. Update 11/6/23, I give honest objective food and serive reviews.. The wait staff still friendly. Every time my wife and I go here, we have a great time. Having Justin Timberlake serve us was pretty great too 😂 (Chris I think?) was great and friendly.

Not the best customer service. I ordered two extra sides of Ranch (the big ones) and I didn't realize they were both put in my bag upside down with the lids not completely on before I got home. I called and asked if they could just credit me for two free side of ranch since they were spilled all over the bag and container and they said no I would have to come all the way back from across town to get more ranch. I get it there's only so much you can do but if I pay for Ranch I expect it to make it into the container and all the way home and not spilled all over the inside of the bag. Do better please!

Tonight was light crowd. There is plenty of televisions with many sporting events. Workers were laid back. We got endless chips and salsa which was good. I typically enjoy my salsa to be chunky and theirs is not, but still tasted good. The crispy crisps (chicken) was good and warm. The service was good but didn’t really feel like the waitress was personal. Overall a decent meal.

good food...ridiculous experience. were showed the drink specials on a menu then ordered our drinks an were later notified the said prices were only available on the opposite side of the room..(the bar side) why not have that advertised upfront? Also werent given appetizer plates with the appetizer we ordered. good food though

Need management ASAP. Server was good but the place was empty and we waited to be seated while employees looked at us and other employees ordered food at the bar. We finally ordered and the appetizer came missing ingredients. My burger had 2 patties, one was completely raw and the other was actually cooked. Don't know who reads these but please send help!

What we ordered was worth every penny. I ordered the Ancho Salmon and it had two sauces. One was an ancho chili sauce and another a green cilantro sauce. I loved it. Not spicey to me. My husband the Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sandwich. Not dry! Sides, texas cheese fries and ceasar salad.

I got a burger from there yesterday and it was the second best burger I’ve EVER had. It had a nice pink to it and it was phenomenal…. The only place that’s had a better burger is Kuma Corner (Chicago area) which is about $19 a burger not including sides…. So for Chillis to be almost as good as that says a lot! The margarita was good too

Went to lunch with friends and we arrived right as the doors opened. The staff was faced with at least 20 people right when they opened. There was an understandable wait. But our server was very polite and then brought us some fresh hot nicely salted tortilla chips and salsa. Delicious! We each ordered something different I will share our photos below. Full beef nachos, chicken quesadillas explosion, and a burger and fries. Our meals together cost around $50 including taxes. We all had doggy bags!

The food was good. The large menu is mainly Tex-Mex, although there are alternatives. My soup was luke-warm when it got to the table, but it was still very good. A number of nice drink alternatives, alcohol and non-alcohol. The wait staff is very pleasant. I would definitely go there again.

This is our first time eating here the service was so good our waitress took care of us they were so kind to us had just got out of the hospital in Carbondale Illinois the food was omg so good hot juicy I didn't even touch the salt or pepper shaker didn't need it would recommend eating here for sure

Service was horrible. Our food came out before appetizer. Asked 3x about appetizer still nothing. Told manager and he brought it and was going to take it off bill and didn't. Waitress completely tryed to avoid us. Will not be back.

Food and service were great. But my mother fell (booth on a raised platform) and not one single employee helped her, checked on her or even acknowledged her. People from two other parties helped us (thought she'd broken her hip), huge commotion for some time, but nothing from Chili's.

Service was ok, but the shrimp tacos were cold! They tasted good, but at least warm the soft shells and cook the shrimp to order. It literally takes about 1 minute to saute shrimp. Yes I asked the server if they were supposed to be cold and she said yes, but would warm them. I declined because the shrimp would be overcooked. Please specify cold items!🤷‍♀️🤨🙄

I received takeout. First, I don't understand why I was asked to tip when I was picking up the food. All she did was bring it out to the car after ordering it online. The chicken sandwich was good, but the appetizers were not good at all. I ordered the platter with the two burgers and a couple of other things. Whatever that was wrapped in the tin foil. I threw away after one bite. Maybe if using pictures, clarify that takeout will look different as in tossed into a container with a note that says, "no plate". Thanks.
