The staff could use some customer service training which is surprising when you work for tips! It’s polite to say thank you and communicate with your customers. My bagel was burnt. Nice setting and atmosphere.

Came in 5 minutes before you stop serving breakfast at 11. After deciding on what I wanted, was told no longer serving breakfast. Mind you it's still before 11. Was given attitude about what I was ordering. Extremely overpriced for the size of burrito I received. I can go to any mexican resturaunt in the valley and get a much better value of price/food amount, and not get attitude.

My friend and I were so excited to start our archery challenge day with a burrito from Dos Gringos. I was happy until I walked in. I asked the guy making burritos a question and he snapped at me for not ordering by the coffee bar. Which is very confusing because the first thing you see is a big menu to the back of the restaurant. Then they get angry when you walk back there instead of ordering at the coffee bar. The burrito was good except the potatoes were hard and not cooked. This is literally the first time I've ever not left a tip. Their attitude ruined my day, I won't be back.

The service isn’t what it used to be and I experienced food poisoning on two separate occasions . First time it was from their pastry selection and the second time from a breakfast burrito. Both times where almost immediately after I ate their food... I reached out the second time because I didn’t want to make a deal of the first time ... no one called me back. The gentleman on the phone was nice and sounded concerned- he wasn’t the owner. He took my number and said he’d have the owner call me. I used to love this place - now I’ll never go back or recommend Dos Gringos. I’m loyal to restaurants that care about their customers. Horrible customer service, would never recommend this place to anyone.

Dos is an enduring carbondale institution, operated by locals who value their staff and the quality of their products. The coffee is some of the best, and their burritos are real food to power you through the day.

I always love going here so much! I go here every Friday and I look forward to it. That being said, they are always out of cinnamon rolls. I wish they had more pastries. Other than that, cute local coffee shop. Definitely recommend.

Nice people, fun atmosphere. I appreciated that they had a lot of options for how to put together your burrito or bowl, different choices of beans, rice, protein. I appreciated having a vegetarian protein (tofu) but it was unseasoned and bland.

The hospitality was amazing. I really enjoyed my oat-milk London Fog. The view just outside was inspiring. So much good to say about Dos Gringos. I also liked the music but it was a bit too loud for gentle coffee shop conversation. I will drop by again for sure.

No, I was there 2 weeks ago and Google prompted me for a review. I was there twice and thought the food was too salty and greasy for me. The coffee was ok. Your response seems somewhat aggressive. I'm giving my opinion of my two experiences there. Perhaps others love it. I just didn't care for it.

Cafe by day, lunch and dinner by night! Coffee is delicious and the tofu wrap I got with balsamic vinaigrette was so good. Satisfied my bodies cravings for a good green and hearty meal!

Awesome food! Had taco salad and it was the best salad I’ve ever had! So I came back and ordered it again. Very cute restaurant and nice service. Will come back again definitely.

Fun, fab and funky décor with friendly service and delicious food, freshly made. Nancy’s Moroccan Salad is a my obsession. Hits all the right flavor notes and textures.

I had a wild turkey bagel sandwich which was good. Spouse had fish taco which she did not like.

Never felt welcome, staff had zero customer service, I get that you have to hire whoever wants the job nowadays but Acknowledgment would be nice in a place that I’ve always wanted to try but probably could do without now, when you give someone a tip they should at least say thank you because you really didn’t do anything for me that deserved a tip in the beginning. The owners made the atmosphere something they can control and it’s very nice inside food is great coffee straight as well.

It's ok for a local spot but to me it's a Qdoba or Chipotle knock off with a coffee hut inside. I had the Mole Sauce on my burrito and just didn't taste that good. Not enough spots to sit.

It's not "Mexican" food...but it is good food.....AND Coffee. Get the Greek wrap, I think its called the FlipFlopapotamus or somethinglikethat....and the Ole' MexiCoffee....both amazing! Oh, but not together like same time that would not be good.

An adorable little restaurant nestled in Carbondale, Colorado. The menu has so many unique and interesting options. From Thai burritos to Hawaiian style they drew me in and had me truly excited to taste these delicious burritos. The manager Julie was incredibly kind and graciously donated 12 of these delectable burritos to our cross country cyclists. Definitely worth a visit for a healthy, hearty meal if you ever find yourself in Carbondale.

Amazing burritos in Carbondale, CO! My team and I were saved by Dos Gringos who gave us (12 people) dinner to fuel our bike ride across America in support of young adults with cancer. It’s great to receive such kindness and generosity :)

This place has been a long time favorite for the drive between Crawford/SW Colorado and the Front Range and the burritos and bagels and espresso are excellent! Last week, I left my wallet on the counter (really needed a double espresso), and didn't realize it until I made it back to Golden. When I called, DGB said it was there, intact, all cards and cash still safe and they would hold it in the office. The next day, they took it to the post office and mailed it to me. Voila! Had it two days after I'd forgotten it and did not have to cancel my cards, license, and all the rest. What a relief and what amazing customer service! Thanks, that was really above and beyond. Customer for life, if I weren't already.

Really great coffee place. Staff knows what they're doing. Food is good. Coffee is hot. They have two milk alternatives (almond and oat) and were able to do my drink less sweet. I got a medium Ole Mexicana with oat milk and the Greek burrito in a bowl. It cost (after tax) a bit over fifteen. Limited seating but they do stress seats are for eating/drinking customers. Definitely will be back.

Apparently I stood in the wrong line (went to the cashier counter)for my burrito order, rather than anyone immediately telling me I was in the wrong line some teenage girl ...proceeded me do the dah thing loud enough for me to see it and witness it (working in the kitchen not even a server) Unacceptable Behavior Sunday 1/8 at 3
