We were just passing thru and feel in love with this place. Now we want to drive alittle out the way in order to eat and hang here again. The ingredients are top quality. The building has a HEPA air purifiers, Himalayan Salt Lamps all over the place, living plants here and there. I ordered a white chocolate caramel breve and a sausage egg & cheese croissant. My Husband ordered golden breve & a bacon egg and cheese bagel.

matcha latte was delicious. over $8 for a small cup. slightly floral taste and it had some added sugar in the matcha premade. they offer non diary milks like oat milk. staff was nice. had a lot of seating with charging blocks by the seats.

I don’t normally review places but I felt it necessary to write this one to let you know how a small gesture of taking extra care at something really made my daughter’s day. We were driving through Carbondale on our way home from Aspen, and stopped in because we always love to try local coffee shops wherever we are at. Our daughter was really feeling down after an athletic competition. The small act of making a heart with the milk foam in her kids hot chocolate made her smile so much. Thank you again for taking the extra time, you just never know how something small like that can mean so much to someone.

Nice setting & art, & good espresso. When picking up my order, the name on the cup read “Jerk.” I was courteous & polite while placing my order, & I enunciated my name quite clearly. When I brought it to the barista’s attention, she had no interest in offering an apology. Unacceptable. Won’t be back. That they are only open until 2 is also limiting. While I think it is good to leave this review for awareness, the owner's apology is appreciated.

Place is Packed Food line was leaning and production stopped at one point. Clerk was really nice but slow at processing my order. Single Barista. Food line set salmon on the board had to tell them to wipe down knife and board on my way out. Food line staff leaning again.Order semi mid paced. Great food. Maybe just the day and volume. Barista was the most efficient in the whole building.

Fantastic Coffee Shop. Easy to miss when driving by. It is actually pretty big once inside. Breakfast stuff, baked stuff, donuts, espresso drinks, etc. Wifi for working. And all that kind of stuff you'd expect at a coffee shop.

Bonfire Coffee is a great coffee shop to visit in downtown Carbondale. If you need quality coffee, a breakfast sandwich, and or some pastries this is the place for you. Wonderful staff, and great service.

Everytime I visit this lovely Town of Carbondale: I stop to get breakfast Coffee or Te, sandwiches omelette or a Danish scones or croissants 🥐 are yummy yummy!🎄 ,try the afogaró , very cozy place to gather or do some remote work also enjoy the artwork of many locals artists while you sip your coffee!

Was in town for my dog's surgery and had to wait a few hours while I worked. Got the best Cappuccino I had in a while, made by the nicest lady, Leti. She was super sweet! Also got a egg sandwich that was delicious. Was able to comfortably sit and work while I waited...great spot! Will be back :)

Best coffee that we have had during our stay in US. Barrister, Lety has done a fantastic job of making all of our coffees. We highly recommend this cafe for its excellent coffee.

Ordered the chicken salad that came with mango salsa yesterday. It was tasty, but I ended up with food poisoning and chills and a fever a few hours later.

Coffee and the atmosphere was pretty good but my family was very offended by some of the anti-christian stickers they featured on their door. Would like for this place to become open-minded about others.

Spectacular. I do not usually my dietary restrictiveness in the morning, and most oat milk lattes are just gross. Somehow, Bonfire’s was superb. Add to that a GF egg sandwich with avo for a mere $6? What inflation? Seriously superb, friendly, quick, and super interesting maps and wall stuff to admire while the barista does his thing.

Bonfire is my coffee shop of choice! Letti makes the best Moca Latte in the entire Roaring Fork Valley! I love that they use fresh ingredients and sale art by local artists.

We stopped here on our way to Estes and it was a great experience! The gluten/vegan options were delicious and the matcha and the mocha were fantastic too! We come from the land of Onyx Coffee Labs and this coffee shop was a winner!

Here's what everyone says: Great coffee. Delicious baked treats. Friendly servers. But that's cliche. How about this: Do not pass Go, do not collect $200. Go to Bonfire ASAP. It's the BEST!!!

This is the quintessential coffee house.. in a small town with huge eclectic character... occupying and old building with 20'+ ceilings old wooden plank floors... exposed brick walls... oozing history and style... the coffee ... food... and smooties all elevate the experience... 5* foodie adventure...

I love coming here! I never have to wait too long. Lety the barista makes the best flat whites! She seems to put love in to her work and it shows! Highly recommend

I love Bonfire!! Their coffee is some of the best, especially for a local roaster! The food is always delicious too. Oscar makes a mean turkey ciabatta sandwich and Leti (the kitchen manager) is so sweet and keeps the place running smoothly. Can’t recommend Bonfire more highly!!
