Poor customer service! My friend and I ordered for a menu set and strawberry crepe (worth ~15 euro). We were served additional food that we thought was included in the menu set, but apparently not. So we were shocked when we got our bill (41.50 euro). We tried to argue, but the waiter only said "sorry". He explained that their new server mistakenly gave us the other's table order.

From the customer service all the way down to my crepe sticking to tissue paper and being completely inedible - I wish I didn't spend my money here. I don't write bad reviews unless they're extremely warranted. If you happen to read Google reviews before entering this place - avoid it.

DO NOT ENTER! the chef is trying to enter some kinda competition for the worst food in the history of mankind. I blame myself for not reading the other reviews 🙄 The cassoulet was absolutely disgusting. 🤮🤢

Absolutely terrible, avoid like the plague. Food was awful, had to ask for cutlery after food had been sat on table for several minutes. Before ordering food we had ordered drinks which didn't arrive until we asked again after we had received the food. We asked for 3 beers, one arrived, asked again another one arrived & finally got the 3rd one. No glasses arrived, was expected to drink the sparkling water from the plastic bottle, then we had to ask for the beer to be opened & the waitress took them away & opened with her teeth!!! At that point we refused them, asked for the bill & left, to have them moaning behind us as we didn't leave a tip!!

The service was fast though the food was disappointing... Galletes were dry, the main dish of the 17.5€ menu looked a joke, half french fries and very little meat.

Little creperie with a cool outdoor veranda. Like all food spots in the town it's busy and food can take a while, but it's really tasty!

I wish i could rate this place below 1 star. Stay away from this so called restaurant, everything about it is low standard. The food is totally disgusting and tasteless, it's actually food from a can put on a plate. They haven't even had the decency to reheat those cans properly before serving them and when we complained about it, the waitress had an attitude. Bad service, bad food bad everything... Tourist trap at it's best...this place is degrading the image of French cuisine, shame on them!

The name has changed to La tour de la Citè. Dirty cutlery and glasses, red wine mediocre to bad, service hopeless-the owner stood yawning with her hands on her pockets while one waitress served, but we waited too long even though it wasn't busy. Unacceptable. The food wasn't at all good and arrived erratically - some of us finished before others had received theirs. To be avoided

We had a vegetable soup, a galette and a crepe, and they were all nice. The place was quite convenient to have a meal right in the middle of the citadel.

The worst restaurant I've ever been. If there isn't any restaurant open, it's better to die by starvation than come in... It's disgusting...

Run away! Everything is dirty and the food is the most disgusting I have ever eaten

They served the wrong order to us and still charged us even if we did not eat the food. Very, very, very bad experience. NEVER AGAIN. If you are in the area, JUST AVOID THE PLACE AND GO LOOK FOR OTHER PLACE TO EAT.

ALERT 🚨 At first I wanted to give 5 stars just because these people are genius still menaging to keep this place and making this called a restaurant. Absoulute DISASTER. WORST food I ever SAW, and about the taste I'm not going even talk. My wife got POISONED from few bites of salad and was throwing up all day. We imidiatelly left after just trying the entrée. Think I will contact sanitary inspection to go there and try to stop this. Wow
