I had a good meal here. The steak pie was lovely. Meal was very hot and didn't take too long to get to our table despite it being quite busy. I'm not a fan of Hungry Horse pubs but this seemed fine with classic meals at 2 for £11 Monday to Friday. The steak and ale pie with chips and peas was in this deal.

Came here to have a a family meal under a reservation I had booked online for 7 people, Atmosphere is welcoming & warm. We ordered food and drinks from the bar, food was delicious with decent food portions. Only fault was a mistake on our order which was rectified easily. They have plenty of tables inside & outdoor seating with kids play area. Plenty of car park spaces so you should be able to park even when busy. Other amusements are pool table, multi games machine, slot machine & a TV for live sport or events. Toilets were well looked after & clean. Thank you

Large Hungry Horse on the road into Weston with large car parking facilities. Inside is clean and tidy, the food is fairly reasonable priced and service is OK and friendly.

Staff are friendly, food is amazing with very affordable price, dog friendly, lots of parking space.

I come here most weeks, often on my own, and the staff are always really accommodating and welcoming. I'm autistic and can be particular about where I sit or what I order and the staff are always so helpful, especially Bella, Samantha and Jason. Most nights have an offer on which makes it more accessible and affordable. I do recommend coming here to others.

Came for lunch on a Wednesday. Food arrived on table within 15mins, staff were excellent! Had the Jalcrazy curry upgraded to super special for a extra £3.00.... Absolute 🔥 🤣 I know the curry's a microwave meal. Well worth the £9.50 with a ice cold San Miguel.. Well done guys 👍

The atmosphere was one of any chain pub/restaurant- warm, friendly and welcoming. The server on the phone was kind and helpful, providing details of the current capacity and whether accommodation was available. Upon arriving we were pointed from the entrance where to sit, only to find that the table was not available on the app (Table 61), so we moved. The food service was fast, for the price the quality was fair. We ordered desert and I was handed a filthy spoon. Upon bringing this to the attention of the manager behind the bar, by politely requesting a new spoon, she replied bluntly that she was “too busy to go to the kitchen” and to chase down a member of the serving staff - which I did achieve a few minutes later with some difficulty. Whilst I appreciate it was a late Sunday afternoon in 26°C weather, I do not treat my customers with such disregard and wouldn’t expect to pay for a service with the level of disrespect as I experienced today. I will not be returning to the Super Mare, and the ordeal left a sour taste to what was a pleasant visit to North Somerset.

We’ve been here so many times before and will always continue to stop here when we’re in Weston. Staff are lovely and very polite, always welcoming. Food is always amazing and the general atmosphere is perfect for us. We highly recommend it to anyone we talk to. We had Ella C looking after us and she was lovely, she made sure we had everything we needed, she made sure we were happy with everything and you could see she genuinely wanted us to have a good time which we did. The food, desserts and drinks were delicious.

What shamefully rude behaviour demonstrated by one of the more senior members of staff. A spur of the moment decision saw my family and I pop round for breakfast at the Super Mare. We hadn't made a booking and, as a result, were spoken downed to due to, I imagine, the perceived inconvenience caused. Even worse, as when ordering food with the same staff member, we were treated extremely poorly. Worth noting is that the place was near enough empty and, having arrived just after 11:00, we were out of there before the lunch rush. The whole experience has left rather a sour taste in our mouths, despite the food being so good. I can understand service staff having 'off days', but being rude and treating people disrespectfully is totally unacceptable - particularly when it's unwarranted and unreciprocated. So, go if you must. Avoid if you can. It is, after all, just a Hungry Horse. Use descretion though and avoid the black haired, light eyed, fringe wearing, overly made-up staff member (who might actually be the floor manager) without a name badge. Good luck.

Outstanding customer service from the whole team. Reserved the table for my sons birthday the team also took pre ordered due to being able to order limited items off the menu (our own reasons), food quality and portion was excellent. My whole family really enjoyed it! Looking forward to going back soon. Thank you to the entire team!!!

This was a very nice pub. Enjoyed the food and very good service. Only issue was our children and us sat in our coats because we was sat right next to the door and it was very cold. We asked if we could have the heating on but it wasnt put on because all of them would of gone on. It seemed more like a holding area than where a table should of been. The staff was great very friendly the outdoor play area was nice for the kids. Other than the seating it was a lovely evening out. Thanks.

Great place for honest food, good prices and play area for kids. Always running discounted deals. Also very friendly and honest staff, I left my ipad behind, and the staff found it and placed it in the till safe for me to pick up a few days later. Thanks again.
