A wonderful theatre at the heart of Newport and surrounding communities. The home of Sharon Higgins Academy of Dance and Musical Theatre and the of Centre Stage Cymru Musical Theatre adult group.

We saw Snow White last night by the Dolman Theatre youth group. We had no family link to anyone but would like to say what a fun evening we had. We saw some future stars in the making, and their enthusiasm was excellent.

Saw 'Footloose' last night at The Dolman Theatre. Absolutely outstanding. All the cast were superb and the leads were amazing. Music was played expertly by a varied band of wonderful musicians. I will look out for 'Glass Ceiling Productions' again as this show was so professional and entertaining. Well done to everyone involved.. A thoroughky enjoyable evening..Just gonna kick off my Sunday Shoes.. ! Xxxxx

Went to my granddaughter's dance show. It was fabulous. The Dolman itself looks very tired and in need of renovation. I'm not sure if it's privately owned or owned by Newport City Council. Either way, it desperately needs to be revamped.

An amazing show Scrooge with Mark Williams playing the part brilliantly as usual. The whole cast told the story in a wonderful way. Had the best night out in ages.

Great place to go for a show ! The actors in Scroige were amazing ! I havnt enjoyed a show as much as this one in years !! People were singing and dancing as they left the theatre.

Lovely traditional theatre in a central location. It has comfortable seating and good views of the stage.
