We had a great experience there in half term. I booked a large group for my daughters 8th Birthday. Probably suits those who have tried water slides before. The pool, plus indoor splash zone was ideal for 5-8yr olds. Rides were good for bold 8 year olds and parents. Changing was basic but fine. 20p for the lockers. I’d recommend. We then walked about 10 mi s to the beach. No photos in there cos you don’t have your phone. Indoor and outdoor slides. Plus one on rubber rings

Splash zone is broadly good, water is nice and warm and can easily go into similarly warm main pool. Everything else is dated, old or just not nice for the price. Half the lockers are broken, showers constantly need holding down, family changing facilities are very poor, with hardly any hooks or shelves. Staff are apathetical to a fault but hard to blame them. No options to go down slides with little ones. Expensive for adults, and you have to pay £4.50 for all day parking to boot. Still fun...ish.

Indoor and outdoor slides. My 10 year old says "pure fun". I agree. Lots of levels of thrill to suit all ages from splash park to proper thrills on slides. A small downside is that lots of it is outside and on coller days that can be a chilly.

A fab place to go in warm weather (23 degrees plus otherwise it can feel chilly) although expect it to be busy! Some of the best thrilling waterslides in the area, and I particularly liked the donut ride. Queues for slides weren't too bad even on a busy day.

Had good expectations from looking online however felt a bit let down. £14 each with no family deals and you get 90 minutes. Not many rooms for changing so ideal to wear costumes etc under clothes before you go. Lockers were awful with not many available and most of them broken and wouldn't lock so alot of people just left possessions in them open also you need 20p to use them. There was 5 main slides 2 inside and 3 outside and they were small plus kiddies splash area with 2 little slides and play stuff. I tried the disco slide first waited around 20 mins for it and it was over in 5 seconds which was disappointing. Rainbow rings slide was a little better. Outdoor slides you could use rubber rings which were supplied. Pool was warm to get into which was good. They had a buggy size to park your pushchairs and also seating inside and deckchairs outside. Was nice to try it out and kids enjoyed it just not long enough time but I wouldnt go again. Pic for attention as I didn't get any of the inside

My daughter had her 6th birthday party in the indoor splash zone. It was brilliant! The staff were very organised, we had exclusive use of the splash zone which was perfect for the number of children we had (21). After, they all had a hot meal and the party host brought out some dressing up clothes for them to play with. Everyone had a great time! Another bonus is that you only pay for those children who turn up (as long as the minimum number was met) unlike a lot of other places. Thanks for a great afternoon!

Good experience out of season or out of Summer holidays . But when busy can be stressful with little kids . The queuing system seems to alleviate issues . Choicing the right time to go is key. Good range of rides and slides to suit all ages .

Very rude staff. You only get 90 minutes for quite expensive price and its not even half past 2 and the staff whistles that we need to get out? So I am expected to pay full price but when it comes to getting out they don’t let you stay in until the time you payed for is finished ? Not to mention we felt always watched like… let me enjoy the time in peace with my family. They were always on your back “you’re not allowed to do that, not allowed to to that” and like ok, I am not doing anything wrong whats your problem? When confronted they said they were just the messengers and the management asked them to be so strict. Really? Didn’t enjoy at all and also for the price the place was quite dirty. They pay the staff to be guardians and not cleaners I guess. There were patches of accumulated dirt in the babies pool. Quite disappointed. If only the staff were a little more off of our backs we would have enjoyed it.

Visited splash on the inset Monday for my little boys birthday, had a lovely time, staff were all very friendly, the changing rooms were VERY clean compared to other places we have been. Outdoors was open but we have also been when splash zone is open inside as well the kids love both areas. Really lovely afternoon out!

Slightly disappointing if you’re visiting with young kids. The changing rooms are very limited, family changing rooms are very chaotic/pointless as you have to change your baby outside of a cubicle instead of having a changing table inside of them so if you’re bringing a toddler too, you’re guaranteed chaos. Also, some selfish families around letting multiple kids take up multiple cubicles instead of 1, making the wait even longer. Staff are very bizarre, also, if you’re bringing a spectator, they still have to pay the full £14. Overall looks like a fun place but we found the kids splash zone too cold, we’ve never used the outdoor bit so felt a bit robbed having to pay full price considering the baby pool was closed on the day too.
