    DO NOT USE THEM PLEASE. its zero rating. In mid September this year 2023 I booked a taxi to go to Gatwick Airport as it was early morning flight and Wallington cars were fully booked for that morning. It's the biggest mistake I'd ever made! My gut was telling me not to book through them because of some of the diabolical reviews left by previous customers. We were due to be picked up at 4.30am and when taxi didn't turn up, 10mins later I called them. Got told that they were running late and will be there in half hour!! We waited and then suddenly got call from driver that he was waiting outside the house(which was a lie). Told him I was outside waiting and there was no car to which he asked address....? When I told him he said he was on wrong street!!!! He eventually turned up half hour later then booked which was really cutting it fine. He drove like a maniac, speeding over limit. Then as we just got on to M25 we got puncture on wheel. He went out and couldn't even get wheel out. The jack kept on falling and at thus point my husband noticed he hadn't even put handbrake on!! After about 10mins we got out of car and my husband had to actually help him with getting wheel off and put new one in. By this time it was coming to almost 6am and our flight was at 7am:( at no stage did driver apologise. I was the one who had to call company about puncture. Got in car and his car wouldn't start. (May I tell you that car was falling apart, the rubber around back passenger door had fallen off, he had 2 wooden planks in booth, no proper booth... I then had to ring the office telling them car wasn't starting and urgently needed them to send another car so we could get to airport or else it was starting to look as if we were going to miss our flight at this stage. Then driver started getting very irate as I told him I was having to do his job! I had to give them our location as driver didn't know how to do it and at just gone 6am another car turned up and we got to airport 20mins spare from when gates would be closing. We literally had to run all the way in to security, customs etc and finally to gate where it was just closing. Both Feeling extremely stressed. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. WORST EVER. SURPRISED THEY ARE STILL ALLOWED TO CARRY ON TRADING

    Fantastic experience as usual at clocktower! Great car, wonderful driver (Sorry sir I didn't get your name!) Showed up exactly when needed despite our plane being 2h late!

    Driver was polite and helpful. Very smooth drive to airport. Clock tower forgot to supply a child seat ( paid fares ) and the taxi turned up without it. Need more attention on these details in the future , for driving safe everyone.

    The car that picked us up was big and clean and well driven. The driver was not the friendliest, but it didn’t make too much difference as I like it quiet anyway. My main issue is that when I called to make the booking, I asked specifically if I can pay by card to which they replied that I will be sent a link to make card payment online. Once we reached the destination the driver said it’s cash only, I had none on me, and when it came down to it said I will be charged an extra £1.50 for card payment. This is all fine, but this needs to be communicated transparently before the booking is made.

    Terrible service - tried and failed to book some taxis for an upcoming wedding - seemingly impossible over the phone as they tried to hang up multiple times, couldn’t take down addresses and said I had to check on the day for car availability. They then tried to book everything as an executive car (apparently a Toyota Prius is considered “executive”), and I gave up halfway through.

    Paid for meet & greet in airport and did not receive. Knew flight was delayed & had informed you, so should be able to track flight! Driver asked for more money at journey end because of waiting time until proof of booking & advance payment shown.

    Booked a taxi on Sunday night for 8.00am on Monday. After several phone calls and being told it would be there in 15 minutes and also being told I had rebooked it for 8.45am(which was completely untrue) it turned up at 9.26am. My taxi was 1 hour and 26 minutes late. I was starting a new job and wanted to make sure I was not late as you can't rely on the trains. Totally unacceptable.

    A huge advantage - someone answered the phone. Great start. Easy to book. Able to communicate direct with driver (massive bonus, very precious cargo). Timelines accurate (journey Epsom to Portsmouth) plus collection and delivery executed perfectly which was not straightforward for driver as asked to find 2 difficult locations within 2 hospitals. Very grateful for a very professional service. Will use again.

    This used to be a reliable company and I did use them for a number of years. There were 1 or 2 isolated issues but as they are a local company I gave them the benefit of the doubt by giving more them more chances to prove they are still reliable. In recent weeks will recovering from surgery I have tried to use them but have ended up cancelling 3 or 4 booked rides. It seems they are happy to accept the bookings and quickly take the money from the account then turn up incredibly late or not at all. When attending appointments it is important to be on time and even when i have booked 30 minutes earlier than needed I end up cancelling as the app still shows that I will be notified when the driver is on his way for up to 20 minutes after the confirmed pick up. Each time I have ended up ordering an Uber who arrive quickly and keep me updated in real time.

    Absolutely amazing service! Knew exactly when they were coming. They were really responsive in finding the house (which is tricky). Really polite and personable. Made a stop on the way and was really accommodating. Even offered to charge my phone on the way. Cannot rate him highly enough. I wish there was a sixth star!
