Excellent food, we got the Miami breakfast w/ chorizo and eggs on toast w/ Hollandaise. 10/10 brunch experience, the iced coffee was way too good and the homemade virgin mango colada was incredible! Dog-friendly as well, lots of cute puppers in there!

I loved my meal here at Juno's. The sausages are to die for, the eggs perfectly cooked and the portions are really generous. The server was so friendly and kind and I had a super time with my frens. Juno's staff will be seeing me again!

Honestly, i think I'm being generous with the 2 stars because i can't complain about the drinks and the glasses were clean. Unlike a lot of reviews here, my experience was dreadful. The greeter at the door was pleasant enough, but the other staff were much less so. The food was absolutely terrible. Even a Weatherspoons would have been ashamed to serve any of those items. We had the tapas and "took advantage" of the selection on offer and ordered a bunch of different things. Best thing served was the hummus, which was obviously store bought. It was also the only thing we actually ate as all the other items were revolting long expired and microwaved frozen foods drowned in microwaved mayonnaise and other sauces. We couldn't even complain about the food as all the staff were nowhere to be seen. I would suggest picking literally ANY of the other places in the area, as Juno has set the bar so low, i cannot imagine it being any worse.

We came here for brunch last week. Food was tasty, but very small portions for the price that you are paying. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the café itself is well presented and comfortable. They have separate allergen menus for vegan, gluten free and vegetarian options. They also allow dogs, which is fantastic. We went back a few days later for coffee and cake, but they had sold out of all the cakes.

Lovely atmosphere, great food and perfect temperature red wine! Tapas Tuesday is a bargain! Choice of 3 Tapas, I chose Patatas Bravas, Squid and Asian wings, ciabatta and a glass of Temperanillo for £11.50, I will be back 100%!

Updating my previous review. Always had good service and food here, until a visit on 15th Feb. Staff decidedly flat, uninterested and offish. We were told upon arriving that no tables were being offered upstairs so that the kitchen could "cope" Fair enough, but it wasn't that busy. However, we were seated and then ignored for over twenty minutes, no offer of drinks or any acknowledgement of our presence whatsoever. We left after nearly 25 minutes, they didn't even notice that! Very busy standing behind the bar in a group of three looking at their phones!

Juno is really hit and miss with what the food quality will be like. One day you been have a beautiful soup and the next day it can taste like water. Staff are always friendly. Good service is a bit slow.

We went here because they allow dogs, it was very busy, but as it was a gorgeous day we decided to eat outside on the roof terrace. It was really lovely sitting in the sun in November. Our order came quickly and the food was really nice. The dog was quite happy there, and welcomed by all the staff. Would definitely recommend a visit 👌.

Quite nice. Had a very good burger there with my partner. Not the cheapest but not too expensive either. The one male member of staff was quite arrogant, asked several people if they couldn't read the sign when they asked questions and other minor things. The rest of the staff were great so a pity really. He wasn't really terrible, just a little unprofessional tbh.

Love the food (plenty of choice and great food for vegetarians) and variety of drinks here - for drinkers and non drinkers. They were so accommodating to us with a pram even though they were busy. Good baby changing facilities. Very friendly staff. Lovely atmosphere especially in the evening when they light the candles. Great place to go especially when there's rugby playing everywhere as they don't play it here. Have been many times and will certainly be returning many times in the future!

We try to eat here when we are in Cardiff to drop or collect our daughter from uni. We generally have our rambunctious Labrador with us. The menu is varied enough to accommodate my daughter who is vegan and my husband who has food allergies. The vibe is relaxed and fun with lots of old oil paintings and colourful table covers. The staff are always so cheerful and always make a fuss of the dog.

Seating on the first floor in comfortable surroundings, friendly service, not sure what to make of this Miami Brunch dish as it was brought to my table lukewarm.

A broad choice of nice small items as well as the usual staple mains, ideal for us eating very late 9.30pm when we were very tired after a long graduation day. But ordering from the app is a pain when you’re sitting in a restaurant wanting a bit of personal service. The service was adequate but could have been so much nicer with a little more effort.

I have eaten here with various family members on several occasions and can highly recommend. The staff are lovely, always helpful and friendly, and the food and drink is great, with a very wide choice and high quality. Basically, delicious and healthy. The ambience is great, including outside seating on warmer days. Also dog friendly, which is so helpful. I like the fact that you can't prebook as it provides flexibility.

Nice cozy atmosphere and quick service, separate menus for vegan and gluten free - vegan food was incredible. Can order online or at the bar. Outside roof seating too, so ideal for a sunny day. Was basically full at around 1pm on a Sunday so would recommend reserving/going slightly earlier or later to ensure you get a table at busier times.

The food was disappointing this time. Had the festive chicken burger. The breaded fillet was burned on the outside, but the thickest part of it was undercooked. My friend had the beef brisket, which looked more like reheated mince meat... The state of the toilets was appalling! Made me question the overall hygiene of the place. Would not recommend.

Generally cheap prices. But beer mass market and short on quality. Given the vast array of great craft beers available locally... astonished to see basic beer from Spain and nothing worthwhile even in cans behind the bar. Defaulted to red wine... not much better. Also freezing cold in the ground floor seating. Nice atmosphere.

What a lovely brunch. Sat upstairs so we could see the view of the street. Fab service, ordered on the app and got confused. When I mentioned it to the guys at the counter they sorted the order out and didn't charge any extra for the coffee upgrade. Good came promptly after our coffee and it was really nice. Hot and tasty. Definitely go again when we've time to kill in Cardiff.

Very slow careless service, food came before drinks, when the server eventually brought the drinks over she said ‘I’ll just put them in the middle guys’ because she didn’t know what they were. When asked which drink was which she didn’t know. She had a dirty rope bracelet that kept falling and dragging into the drinks as she put them down. The food was even worse. The chicken wings were grey, very very strong poor quality meat, tasted reheated and smothered in a cold basic BBQ sauce. Poor service, poor food. It’s a shame.

Quirky eclectic and spacious with good atmosphere plenty of seating both inside and out on roof terrace. Delicious food especially poached eggs another breakfast items. Well priced and beautifully presented milkshakes and cocktails. Friendly staff.

Good food at a reasonable price. Easy parking nearby , not too expensive. Real ale nut so would have liked a room temperature flat beer option.

Great place for Brunch with plenty of options for vegetarians, vegans and gluten free. Tasty food with a friendly service. The vegan breakfast was delicious and filling.

I use the Fino lounge alot so assumed a similar good experience however a quick lunch turned into a 28 min wait for a lemonade and lime cordial and a 48 min delay for a soggy sandwich and a cold burger, loads of staff working but nothing productive being completed

I've been here a couple of times during COVID to get some work done and have food/drink. The staff always go above and beyond with how friendly they are and the food and drink is always delicious and good value. COVID policies are stuck too and it always feels very safe and hygienic. Ordering is done through an app at the moment and is very clear and easy to do.

Very comfortable, friendly staff, good drinks selection and amazing puddings! (Cant comment on main courses as didn't have any, but they looked pretty good as they went past!)

  • 5/5 Lee D. 2 years ago on Google
Always love coming in here as a local fella. Food is always up to a high standard, shame its hard to get a table on the roof at times, but understandable when everyone wants that spot as it's a great venue. Nice to see all the staff are friendly also.

Bit disappointed, to be honest. The upgrade to sweet potato fries came as regular fries, which were stone cold. It was a bank holiday, but we did wait a good while for our food. Also, ordered on the app, where (if you want to) you leave a tip before you've really had any service. I've worked front of house in hospitality most of my adult life, so I always tip. Not sure I would have if I'd had the choice to leave the tip just before we left...

Always love visiting Juno (other Lounges are available!) Their menu has some new additions. I had the Big Veggie Breakfast - a feast and a treat. Staff here always very welcoming. Always a lovely vibe.

  • 5/5 Alec B. 2 years ago on Google
A little wait for a table, but once seated staff were very efficient and attentive. Ordering system is by QR code but was very straight forward and service was lightning fast. A comfortable ambience lending itself to a good chat with friends without excessive background noise. Great selection of food, drinks and cocktails. A very pleasant experience all round.

Nice place, exactly what you'd expect from one of these lounges if you've been before. Decent menu selection, lovely staff, and a fantastic place to go for a casual meal or something a little bit nicer. Good range. Pricing is fine, not quite a bargain. Can definitely be done on a budget. Definitely recommend!

Great food for both meat-eaters, vegetarians and vegans. Family-friendly with games you can use that keep our six-year-old daughter entertained. Dog-friendly, which is always a huge tick-in-the-box for our family. It would be great if there were dog-cushions available for oldie-dogs to rest their arthritic bones.

Amazing breakfast and super friendly staff. We were able to take our dogs in and the staff were amazing with them. They did get our breakfast a little wrong. i ordered extra veggie sausages but they put them on partners meat eater plate so i couldnt have them, but the dogs did enjoy them !!! Was still amazing and if I'm ever back in Cardiff, will defo go back :)

Visited for brunch & had lovely pancakes, freshly squeezed orange juice and latte. All delicious & service was great. Staff helpful, toilets nice & clean. Has a nice cozy feel to the place. Plenty of indoor seating plus an outside terrace on first floor which was a pleasant surprise. Would recommend!

One of my favourite brunch restaurants in Cardiff. They have a proper gluten free menu and they do take allergies seriously. The food is delicious 😋 I recommend the veggie breakfast and lounge breakfast with smoked salmon. But you can't go wrong with any of their options.
