Went here for a bottomless brunch and the service was absolutely shocking. Our group of 12 paid for a £50 deposit and we got sat in the smallest booth in the restaurant with the tiniest tables - no room to have our food whatsovever. This did get resolved and we were able to have two extra tables, but then food took over two and a half hours to arrive - tables who arrived before us were getting served before us!!!! Although the food was lovely and the cocktails were beautifully made, the service was such a disappointment. Will not be coming back here again - save your money and go elsewhere!

Bottomless brunch for pre-Christmas works party. Speedy coming out with cocktails but food was disappointing, very small portions and not appetising. On the plus side the staff were amazing and very tolerant of a loud group 🤣

Great selection of drinks at decent prices (albeit only during Happy Hour when they're 50% off). Shame that the place is full of screaming Hen parties who make it impossible for you to hold a conversation or hear yourself think.

Rude staff!!! Told we could sit anywhere so we sat under the neon sign. Then told we had to move as the table was booked out from 7pm, this was at 6.15pm. Explained we had ordered drinks via the app & was waiting for them. Next thing said staff member put down drinks & said "there's your drinks now move"....... No manners at all. Will not be in a hurry to go back

Very disappointing service! Booked bottomless brunch yesterday, no engagement when sat down at the table, even when the lady (assuming the hostess?) was pouring our first drink, no afternoon ladies, not even a lift up of the head. Our booking was between 2-3.30pm, we finally received our food at 3.05pm. Prior to this, I did ask when the food will be coming, as assumed we would receive about half way through our experience , given all other tables around us bar one had received theirs. I was told, “yes when it’s ready” When we received our food, and receiving a round of drinks I asked the polite young waiter for another round so we could get another drink before rushing to finish at 3.30pm. He said he would go check……to which Josh abruptly approaches (already being super rude and no engagement whilst collecting empty glasses) says “What’s the issue with drinks?” I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. Just totally not acceptable. These 2 individuals the hostess? and Josh are not helping your business. They are either under huge amounts of pressure (with too many people booked in) as they appeared stressed or should not be working with people front of house! Ps The drinks were lovely, but you have to work on your service and quickly! I get it, it’s 2 weeks in the run up to Christmas and it’s busy but there was no excusing this poor service and just not caring!

This is a very pretentious place & if you like loud music, nasty expensive beer & waiting at the bar for the staff to finish chatting with each other, before they even bother to look for customers, then this place will be ideal for you. If, on the other hand, you enjoy decent beer, friendly staff that are concerned about serving customers & being able to talk to people, early evening before the dancing starts, then go somewhere else...there's no chance of getting it here. Canapes were OK though.

Went here for a bottomless brunch and the service was fantastic. Our waitress was on the ball with our drinks and our glasses never ran dry. The food was also delicious. Would go again.

AWFUL. We had the worst experience at Dirty Martini Cardiff. We pre booked an area for 18 people to celebrate 2 x 25 birthdays for 1-5pm to also watch Wales v Ireland and pre booked a drinks package. When we arrived we were shown to our seats. I then explained we had a drinks package and after 15 minutes still no drinks, I asked a further 3 members of staff if we could have our drinks but a further 15 minutes and still nothing. The table then started to go to the bar to get their own drinks. Finally when the drinks turned up the beer was flat and the wine was like vinegar. As we also came to watch the rugby we had a screen we could see however Dirty Martini was unable to get the game up, the whole reason we’d booked in the first place. When asking staff what they were doing to fix it they just replied we’re trying to solve it. It absolutely ruined our day for which we had travelled up from Swansea for. At no time was any compensation suggested for the awful experience that we’d had. 18 people who’d planned on spending 4 hours and spending a lot of money on food and drinks left after an hour to go to the pub next door. I honestly would never return to dirty martini again, not just because they were unable to provide the sports they’d advertised but because the service was appalling.

Bottomless brunch- service was speedy and the staff were friendly and happy to keep drinks topped up. Choice of a glass of prosecco or several cocktail options (you can mix and match). The food was pretty awful and was just a small selection of beige, Iceland quality. I had booked in on a £25 January deal but wouldn't have been happy with food had I paid full price.

Bobbie-Leigh Downey, you have been amazing this evening. It was our anniversary and you have gone above and beyond for us. You are the best waitress that we have ever had and just want to leave this review to say thank you and to say that you are a real credit to dirty martini!! You’ve been fantastic, thank you so much! :)

Didn't stay long. Drinks tasted off, bar service only and that was slow and disorganised. Think they are going through a difficult time. We moved on. Shame for Cardiff

One of the best bottomless brunches I’ve ever experienced, service and drinks were super quick. Bobbie made sure we never had an empty glass, will definitely return! Really great atmosphere as well, perfect way to start your night out😋

Beautifully decorated and great atmosphere. Our server Abbi was amazing - so friendly, knowledgeable about the food and cocktails. Really made the experience so relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely deserving of a pay rise - will highly recommend. 5*

We had a booking from 6-7. When I said we would be leaving 15 minutes early as we had a show, I very abruptly got questioned ‘WHY’?! I was then questioned on the show and felt as though I was being interrogated. Was also told a waitress would be over to our table but that didn’t happen. Fine to order at the bar but not what I expected.

Nice vibe and food on the brunch. Very slow at bringing Prosecco but good at bringing cocktails. Also bought a cake in with me (most places ask when you want the cake or bring it out) partly my fault for forgetting but also nobody said anything about it.

We booked bottomless brunch! Also Amazing brunch food selection . But the The bar maid Ella made our experience so good! Constantly checking we had enough drinks which is what I expect from a bottomless brunch! We never once had to wait for a drink. Thank you so much!

Absolutely amazing! I have a nut allergy and am coeliac, and yet my every need was catered to. I did not feel nervous at all, or made to feel like I’m a problem. The general manager met with me as we entered and all the staff took my allergy very seriously. This put me totally at ease and allowed me to enjoy the most amazing celebration and bottomless brunch. Dan, our waiter was awesome. He was attentive, joyful and smiled throughout. The drinks were all perfectly mixed and there was exquisite attention to detail. My mum was really surprised by the bottomless options in cocktail, gin and Prosecco. It is perfect for mums and daughters, friends and couples due to the chilled atmosphere, perfectly set volume of music and selection of top notch cocktail. We left more than happy and will be returning for many more celebrations. Thank you to all the staff at dirty martini who went beyond to make us have the most wonderful afternoon.

Been here a few times, once when they opened and it wasn't great. Had a works party here as well, it was okay. Tried to book bottomless brunch with them recently but due to the disjointed nature of the booking, they didn't send the email for payment so, they gave our table to someone else. Absolutely disgusting.

Used to be a really nice bar, gone downhill, no seats at the bar, was given a funny look when I handed the bar staff a £20 note to be told they didn't accept cash, necked my sky blue martini(which was nice as per) and dashed, have to say that will be the last visit.

Exceptional staff! Our party was running a little late, but they were so accommodating from the lovely host, to the manager, to our waitress. Attentive service, great drinks, covid secure. We’ll definitely be back - thank you!

Before I leave my review on trip advisor I thought I would at least give the cocktail bar chance to rectify the unsatisfactory visit, I emailed them but no reply. Myself and 12 other colleagues visited the venue as a work day out. 13 of us paid £35 each for 90 minutes of bottomless brunch. We arrived at the bar at 2pm which was great we had prosecco on arrival. Instantly the birdcage come out as they were all being crammed onto the small circle tables we were allocated, with very little food, a burger smaller than a palm of your hand blue and pink, with approx 8 sweet potato fries between two people, 2 fallafol balls on a stick and a hot spicy taco. We were trying to order cocktails but the staff were very rude and said we could only order another cocktail when we had drank the previous one. There were about 8 bar staff and waitresses but they still managed to take between 15-20 mins bringing the second drinks over and this went on till 65 mins, we were then told it's time for last orders due to the table being needed for the next booking. I question this cause at this time we had only had a maximum of 4 cocktails each and the staff were very rude to us all and the atmosphere was very cold and uninviting, I asked to speak the manager on shift and she said theres nothing they can do but if we want to stay on the same table we can for an hour providing we pay for the drinks...I felt like the work night out we have all been waiting for was a total disaster, very very poor value for money and I would not recommend this bar or the brunch to anyone. There are many bottomless brunches we could have chosen to go to but we chose Dirty Martini for an experience we will never forget,

Booked here for a birthday bash, we all paid in advance for Bottomless brunch. Due to train delays out of our control, four of us couldn't make the booking and nothing could be held for us which is fair enough but considering we didn't eat, we didn't have any drinks we have been refused our refunds of £35 each, even if you refunded it partly, it would be something. You're basically now keeping £140 for absolutely nothing.. Pretty disgusting. Certainly won't be recommending and very disappointed in your service.

Terrible place to go! Booked for hen party. We Were told we’d have food and cocktails. Then we were told we would not be having food. So we were offered complimentary bottles of wine but at the end of the evening we were given a bill to pay for the wine. Ordered lagers and they were flat. Will never be going here again!

Booked a table to watch the rugby game, spent a lot of money throughout the day only to be told to leave as we had had too much to drink. We were roughly man handled by the bouncer. Disgusting behaviour. I would never go there again and I certainly will not be recommending this shambles of a place to anyone.

Went in with 8 friends, we had a table booked 4pm - 6pm, we were very rudely asked to leave the table as our time was up (right that’s it you’ve got to leave this table). The service was beyond slow (average wait 30 minutes from ordering at the table to 35 minutes to get served at the bar! Honestly I would avoid for future.

We went to a cocktail masterclass here last night held by Estrella and we could not fault it! She was so lovely and professional and all the drinks tasted amazing. The snacks were also a really nice variety and all tasted so good. Would 100% recommend! Thanks so much for looking after us Estrella! 😊

Very disappointing experience. We paid over £30 each to attend the bottomless brunch here, service wasn’t great at all. It took a long time to get drinks (can appreciate its busy) however, it was ‘bottomless’ after all. Every time we asked for a new drink, we were waiting for 15+ minutes for a new one. Staff were quite rude and didn’t want to interact at all. The food we were given was very poor and weird tasting, I think they need to consider changing their menu.

I had the best cocktail of my life here; melon martini! On the flip side, the bar is almost always empty
