If I could rate a zero I would. We booked a bottomless brunch for my brother's birthday. We arrived on time but our table wasn't read yet, so they gave us a voucher for a free drink while we waited which was nice. We waited a further 45mins before asking where our table was and they said our table still wasn't ready. Another 30 mins pass and we finally get our table but it hadn't been cleaned from the previous group! They gave us 2 bottles of prosecco to keep us busy, but after another 45mins our table wasn't cleaned, we had no drinks or food. Keep in mind we all had to pay in FULL before we arrived. Eventually we had enough and spoke to the manager and asked for our money back and then we left. I would say this is down to poor management/under staffed as the poor staff were clearly stressed out and we witnessed TWO waitresses crying!!! The way this place was run was embarrassing and I really felt sorry for the poor staff there.

Great experience. Great ambience. friendly staff. Happy hour on cocktails. Tapas are okie. You can get better tapas though in cardiiff. Quesadilla was alright. Loaded chips were amazing. We went there on a Friday evening so it was a bit crowded and food delay was a bit of problem. But mojitos we’re spot in . Fair play to the crew. Live band was okie We booked our table before. I recommend that on weekends. Near by parking is a bit far ( queens. St David’s etc) Will definitely go again..

We ordered online at the table and after 10 minutes were told they didn't have the food we ordered. I got chimchuhri Cuban sandwich and it was the worst sandwich ever, the chicken wasn't fresh and taste like plastic, it was darker than normal chicken and nobody came around or looked at us to ask if we need something. Because we paid the first food we ordered they should return the rest but the customer service was awful, we asked 3 of the customer assistants and stood up in the middle of place and after some long minutes somebody did it. My partner like the burger but mine was awful

Went for dinner with my sister as part of our Cardiff getaway and had a lovely meal! Never been before and would 100% go again. Amazing food, great atmosphere and impeccable service. The waiting staff were so friendly and all took the necessary Covid-19 precautions. Can highly recommend the extensive tapas menu which is not only tasty but very well priced! Rum cocktails were awesome too!

The worst food I’ve ever had paid 120 for 4 of us to be there all of 30 minutes (3 drinks in this time) when we paid for bottomless brunch- food was vile had the halloumi crisp 2 slices of cheese it was tastless and god forbid you need a waitress to take orders. Done a bounce back on credit card! Awful awful awful - and no they weren’t busy

My #beef #burrito was delicious and I am from Guatemala in Latinamerica. Love the decor, friendly staff and cocktail selection... please open one in #WestonSuperMare!

WARNING ⚠️ Honestly the food was awful, unseasoned and old. it took forever to get the food. We had to request water 5 times before we actually got water. Our food came out before the water. The manager was polite and heard out complaints but I wouldn't come back. Great atmosphere though.

We had an epic time! Got in at 18:00, cocktails started flowing. Decided it was a good idea to get in some tapas. Would recommend the prawns and the bravas potatoes. Rum selection was great (very well priced). Vibe was a bit more mature which I greatly appreciated this being CardiffCentral. I feel the music selection and live music was catered to those late 20's & up.

The atmosphere in this place was amazing. The live music was great and really set the mood. Drinks were reasonably priced and really nice. Food was really tasty and presented well. Our server, Lucy, was lovely and friendly.

My wife and I visited late afternoon on Thursday. We had the 3 for £15 Tapas. We were served by Joshua, who was excellent. We loved the food. Really tasty and good portioned. Happy hour was a bonus too. We had a delicious meal a couple of drinks all for 30 quid. Can't fault it.

I wanted to like this place, but the food was really bland and the drinks not especially well made. Their redeeming quality would be the great atmosphere and live music. But other than that I'd recommend going somewhere else if you are looking for food.

Went for valentines day bottomless brunch. Service was terrible. Didn't clear tables and only had table service 3 times. So only had 3 drinks in 90 minutes. Hardly "bottomless". Other bottomless brunch venues usually only do 60 minutes and we tend to get around between 8 to 10 drinks EACH in that time. So exceptionally poor in comparison. Contacted complaints via their contact us on website, had a reply next day from complaints manager called Joshua, he offered a full refund or a free return visit. So for this reason, I'm upgrading the 1 star to 3. Still far from ideal, but in all honesty, its a better result than I thought we'd be offered. So props to Joshua.

The chicken burger was succulent and juicy, wonderful seasoning. Rum mayo splendid as always. Lost a star because we took a while to get sat down and we should of been told about what wasn't available before we looked at the menus, but fair enough

Fantastic atmosphere for our Sunday brunch, which happened to coincide with Happy Hour. Great Tapas selection, delivered by the friendly & professional Hannah & Charlie, with superb cocktail waitressing from Loren. All in all a top class experience & a great reason to return. Took a chocolate trip for a Spanish breakfast today, it was fab. The staff had gone above and beyond. Food was amazing! Muchas gracias

I love this place in Birmingham so was really looking forward to the one in Cardiff however was not best pleased. The music instead of being salsa was a live band, we found the food bland and Cajun fries sauce less. Also we were never table checked which would of been my opportunity to speak to the staff about the food. I think this chain is fab but will never be going to this one again.

I kept coming back here because the food before the change of menu was fantastic. The change in the menu is my own personal preference but since then I feel everything has gone down in quality. The service is slow more times than not and today: We had a wrong dish served. One plate I order every time I get here, tasted entirely differently then when replaced came out cold. Another plate arrived cold and stale, when replaced came back without the edits I originally made. The presentation looks rushed even though the venue isn’t busy and the waiting time far too long for 6 tapas. It’s a huge shame as this place used to be my go-to.

Would not recommend. Good atmosphere but it was unfortunately understaffed, did a bottomless brunch for a birthday, had to flag down staff for drinks, and then flag them down again as they never arrived, food came 1.75 hours after we ordered, and after our bottomless brunch had ended, requested a confetti cannon as it was my friends birthday, was told no problem will be 10 mins, asked again 1 hour later as it still hasn’t happened, told they would check on it, asked 4 more members of staff and we left in the end. Food and drinks were average, will definitely not jump to return.

Great service, no faults what soever, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We had a late lunch and now live music has started which has made us stay here. Great vibe, food was great and drinks are even better.

Best place in Cardiff for coffee !!! I can't comment on food or cocktails as I didn't have any but if the coffee is this grand then I'm sure the rest is!. Only thing I found awkward was the high chairs the seats are tiny 🤣 just about fit my **** on it and I'm over 6ft4 . Anyways brilliant place 10/10

This is good stuff! Food is fresh and very good. Nice selection of beers on tap. And - of course - the cocktails 🤪. Nice atmosphere, lovely music. A good place to go if you want to escape the traditional pubfood!!

Visited this place on Wednesday 7th for Coldplay and had booked a table for 4:15pm but still had to wait over an hour for food when it wasn't really that busy! Plus 2 cocktails for a tenner wasn't being done at the table so we were told but if you went to the bar you could get them for a tenner! Work that out! After visiting the one in Bristol where it was excellent, we expected the same here but sadly no. Overall average. They must have had a bad day.

Went here with my daughter on Saturday 29th April for a belated mother's day afternoon tea (Cuban style). Despite numerous hen parties we had a lovely time. The food was plentiful and very tasty. Cocktails great also. The young woman who served us couldn't have been nicer or more attentive. Unfortunately didn't get her name. Loved the whole experience. Thank you all. Can't wait to go back with hubby.

Went for bottomless brunch and have to say the food wasn't good compared with the others doing bottomless. Had a chicken burger which was thin and really dry, it didnt come with anything. Service wasn't great but they were busy, had a good amount of drinks but they kept missing people's drink orders. Atmosphere was really good though, they had a live band and free sparkler with confetti for friends birthday which made it special for her.

Shocking!!! Been to many bottomless brunches. This has to be the most expensive and the absolute worst.. 40pp food smallest of portions but was tasty so I'll give them that. Took work colleagues and totally embarrassed I organised this. Manager tried his best to make amends but just too late. No cuttlery no napkins. Ate with my hands!!! Cocktails when we did have them were over bearing with lime or lemon would never ever come back here. Feel guilty about making my colleagues pay for this. Could actually cry!!!

Stunning venue! This place is full of amazing vibes, and I absolutely loved the live performances they had on when we went. There were dancers, drummers and a live band. The entertainment is absolutely guaranteed, not to mention that the food tastes really fresh, and the cocktails are out of this world.

We came tonight to find the new menu. Really lovely food. We had the tapas-3 plates for £15. Loads of choice, large portions and really tasty. Stuart looked after us and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

Space and music were lovely, but I had the worst Zombie cocktail I ever had in my life. Absolutely disgusting. Paid nearly 20 quid for 2 of them and they were so disappointing. Just because you put fire in a glass doesn't mean it's gonna be great. The bartender only used dark rum and an already made mix (badly made) and that was it. Ridiculous.

I reached out to the manager following an awful evening at their "restaurant" I was advised I'd only get a refund if i returned to them in person. I live nearing 100 miles away. so! I'll post my glowing review here. we waited 1hr 10 minutes to get some awful starters, which were cold and tasteless. then another hour later our mains order hadn't even been taken. There were no staff available, awful service and you'd think on valentines day that they'd be wanting to ensure service was to a high standard! After just over 2 hours of waiting we gave up the hopes of getting a meal and walked out and went to mcdonalds!! I told the staff I was appalled by the service and wait and she said "Yeah I don't blame you. it's bad" and said we could have a drink as an apology... at this point it was 10pm. I was fed up. hungry and pretty angry. definitely didn't want to stay for another drink! avoid.

We had a big party number for a hen do and it was amazing! We had our own area, tapas and service. The food was incredible! The service from Connie was amazing, she brought out so many surprises and made it so special! Would recommend for big parties the organisation was so great.

We went for a meal during the rugby and had a brilliant time - the food was nice and our waitress, Reyna, was the cherry on top!! She could not have been more attentive and accommodating - always with a smile too! Thank you for a great night out!

The lounge is very nice and welcoming. The staff very nice, the food is good, unfortunately we could only try the tapas due to covid19 restrictions. The only flaw is that you find it a bit expensive.

Very tasty food. Just the right amount of spice and mix of flavors to avoid the boring food that is usually served in Caribbean food places. Distinctly Cuban but familiar if you have visited Cuba.
