If
I
could
rate
a
zero
I
would.
We
booked
a
bottomless
brunch
for
my
brother's
birthday.
We
arrived
on
time
but
our
table
wasn't
read
yet,
so
they
gave
us
a
voucher
for
a
free
drink
while
we
waited
which
was
nice.
We
waited
a
further
45mins
before
asking
where
our
table
was
and
they
said
our
table
still
wasn't
ready.
Another
30
mins
pass
and
we
finally
get
our
table
but
it
hadn't
been
cleaned
from
the
previous
group!
They
gave
us
2
bottles
of
prosecco
to
keep
us
busy,
but
after
another
45mins
our
table
wasn't
cleaned,
we
had
no
drinks
or
food.
Keep
in
mind
we
all
had
to
pay
in
FULL
before
we
arrived.
Eventually
we
had
enough
and
spoke
to
the
manager
and
asked
for
our
money
back
and
then
we
left.
I
would
say
this
is
down
to
poor
management/under
staffed
as
the
poor
staff
were
clearly
stressed
out
and
we
witnessed
TWO
waitresses
crying!!!
The
way
this
place
was
run
was
embarrassing
and
I
really
felt
sorry
for
the
poor
staff
there.
