BITTERLY DISAPPOINTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL I run events, we had an event booked and advertised on our website, and coyote ugly saloon cancelled the event and then refused to liaise any further. I am astounded at the level of unprofessionalism here. In all my years of events, I have never experienced a level this low. Avoid at all cost!!

Atmosphere was OK, drinks were pricey, bar staff were friendly, only downside was that the toilets were absolutely disgusting and to top it off the male toilet attendant has no intention of helping you if you don’t pay him… even to the point where he refuses you a paper towel to dry your hands if you do not give him money. In my honest opinion my group of friends and I had high expectations when visiting here and did leave feeling a bit let down.

Got dragged in by friends, I don’t get the concept. Overpriced beer from a bar that you can’t touch as you’ll be accused of try to touch a girl that’s dancing the other end of bar… Bouncers we’re militant about it threatening to step on people’s hands. I didn’t use the main bar after I seen this and went to one of the others. ONLY good point is the large screen to watch the rugby. Also free shot upon entry but entry is £5- Not a free shot! Needs a good clean.

Great bar , with great staff . Plus the door staff are fantastic, one off them called Kim was 1st class .. will be returning

Brunch was outstanding! The drinks were flowing and GG put on a great show. I didn’t personally like the pizza as it was waaaay too saucy, and actually everyone in the group (13) said they weren’t fussed but I’d pay £20 just for the drinks and show so that didn’t bother me!

A fantastic few hours on a Saturday afternoon for Bottomless Brunch. The Drag act was brilliant and the food and drinks were served by friendly coyotes. Loads of food and drink, really tasty and the venue was full of people having a great time, singing and dancing. Such good value for money. I would highly recommend this for a couple of hours on a Saturday. We had a scream, my cheeks were hurting from laughing and I lost my voice through singing along to the best bangers!!

Mia with the red hair is the best coyote bartender I’ve ever had in my life. So friendly and so welcoming. Made me really enjoy my time in coyotes. Merry Xmas all. I’ll be back for Mia xx

I went in this place because I was just curious about it. I have never been in such a nightmare place in my entire life. The atmosphere is awful, the bar lady did not have any idea on how to prepare a decent cocktail, she did not even put ice and was asking for suggestions to other two girls how to make them. Never again!!!

What a day! Dance lesson was brilliant and the girls are so lovely, I was really impressed with the staff. Went back in the evening and did our routine on the bar. Excellent experience, thank you 😊

Loved the ambiance however, cost £5 each to get in on a Saturday afternoon and despite spending plenty on drink we were asked to leave after 2 hours so that others could come in but were told that we could rejoin the queue and pay again. Plenty of empty tables and no one in the queue. Not sure the smartest business decision. Toilets are not even close to being clean. Pluses you can order pitchers of beer and service is quick.

Great experience. Real fun spot and good drink prices too. Will be even better once we are able to move about and dance but staff currently doing a sterling job keeping everyone safe

Went here for the festival bottomless brunch had a fantastic time the drag artist was brilliant 2nd time we been here now. and our waitress I believe her name was Charlotte or Chantelle amazing she was so friendly can’t wait to come again thanks for a brilliant day

What an amazing venue and incredible staff. Openreach had their Christmas party here the weekend just gone and what can I say…..IT WAS AWESOME. Molly and her staff couldn’t have put on a better event for us, all the effort that went in to organise this was nothing short of incredible. Thank you so much for making it such a great evening!!

They let transwomen dance on the bar! Yet the sign clearly states NO MEN on the bar! Bit of a joke this, letting men steal a space from a WOMAN like me who was waiting to have a dance! Kick timothy the trans vestite off the bar so women can have our own fun for once! Will not be going again!

Best night out in Cardiff! Me and my friends recently visited for a night out, It was nice to see the manager of a bar on the door and actually making guests feel welcome! all of the staff are lovely and very attentive! we felt very safe and happy here! 10/10 would recommend!

Nice Welcome, Staff were Cheery and Smiling at the Bar and waitresses. Nice atmosphere inside. Venue was clean only downside for me ..... Fosters tasted off twice 😢 Door staff were helpful and informative. Good range of drinks on offer & other forms of entertainment. Super Huge Screen visible for all

Went on a hen afternoon,booked a 2 hrs slot,pizza and drinks package,well worth the money. Staff amazing. Absolutely enjoyed every minute.definitely recommend. I am coeliac and they accommodated with gluten free pizza to which was the nicest I've tasted.

We're do I start, it was the first time I was in Wales, I absolutely love the coyote ugle movie so when I seen the bar we had to go in 😁 I have to say the atmosphere was amazing and the lady's are so nice and welcomes everyone. 😊 We will deffently be back.

Only popped in for drinks with friends, but the place was fun, people were allowed up on the bar to dance (if you've got the confidence and sensible shoes). Classic tunes and the singers were good at keeping the crowd engaged.

Spent 4 hours here on a dead quiet night, spent hundreds of pounds on drinks as pretty much the only patrons here and we were tipping the bar staff. Had a great time till i tried to dance on the bar like every other girl had and got yelled at by security and told to get off with no explanation. Ruined the night and left after that.

Perfect night out, my brother and I decided to pop in here after going to a slipknot gig in the motorpoint arena,so glad we did, the party was still going on, staff were so friendly and always trying to get customers to have fun, singing on the microphone, up dancing,music was brilliant and the drinks kept flowing no matter how busy it got, can't wait for another visit

Absolutely fantastic night and quick service. Saffron looked after us all night and was incredibly helpful during the slight price complications. Really well run, quick service and tasty food. Highly recommend to everyone.

First time in Coyote Ugly..We had such a great time that we are looking to stay in Cardiff to experience the whole show. Definitely recommend going.

Ok but could do better, should be 2.5 stars

Need to wear flat shoes if you want to dance on the bar. Staff are lovely, dancers are a vibe. Was told there's a bull to ride on but there wasn't one. Shout out to the loo lady for helping look after my friend who spent her entire night in there ✌️ Would defo visit again.

Lively place to watch the Superbowl. Our group ordered a pre-paid drinks package when we booked, only to be told that certain drinks were not available, despite ordering and paying well in advance. Management was quick to find a solution though.

A great time out. Went here for my mate's 21st and the bar staff were loads of fun; shots at the bar and music to match our fancy dress.
