Great basement craft beer bar. I did not see a lift so if you have a problem with stairs this is not for you. The selection of beers was mind boggling you will find something to enjoy. Lot of varied seat options with sofas too. The bar staff could done some service with a smile practice. I Would most definitely visit again if in the area.

Good selection of beers and especially lots of ciders... Being right at the Castle end of Queen Street there's a good proportion of people out on a piss-up but everyone was friendly enough when I was there...

A quiet delightful underground pub close to Cardiff Castle. Serves a wide range of craft beers and ciders. Recommended.

Really like this place. It’s a reasonably priced, quirky underground pub that sells a wide variety of great beer, places like this are sadly becoming a rarity these days in the centre.

Always a cracking selection of cask and keg offerings. Atmosphere a little on the light on the Sunday evening I visited but that doesn't alter the taste of the well kept drinks. Centrally located. A must visit when in Cardiff.

Only stayed for 2 pints on a very warm Saturday afternoon, but a great experience. 12+ real ales on pump, 10+ beers on tap, 10+ ciders in boxes etc. A. Must for any ale drinker in Cardiff. Will be back!

The place was perfect for relaxing and the atmosphere was right (not too loud where you can't hear the person next to you). There is a huuuge selection of beers (lagers / stouts/ ales) of varying strengths and the bartender (Andrew) was great..he helped us figure out what we should have! There were nice armchairs to chill in and the gents loo is a must see (ask the guys to take a pic when they go so you can look) ...they've got kegs for urinals!

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Great Jamaican food, we had a great time! I highly recommend the bottomless brunch, our waitress, Lucy, was very attentive and we had a great chat about nights out in Cardiff! The bar staff's cocktails were beautiful, too!
