I'm
making
a
complaint
about
my
booking
last
night
at
8.30pm
for
10
people
due
to
the
following
reasons:
-Music
being
too
loud
prior
to
10pm
when
this
is
still
a
good
social
hour
and
plenty
of
people
in
the
Restaurant
like
myself
trying
to
enjoy
my
meal
and
chat
to
several
of
my
family
members
-We
had
to
speak
to
a
young
guy
who
could
control
the
music
to
a
point
,
he
asked
the
DJ
to
turn
it
down
for
around
30
minutes
which
did
happen
/
your
background
music
was
also
too
loud
and
was
turned
down
also
-The
band
started
warming
up
a
lot
earlier
than
I
thought
as
when
making
this
booking
I
wanted
to
know
when
your
live
music
starts
and
I
was
advised
around
10pm
yet
the
band
was
doing
checks
around
9.10pm
which
I
thought
was
not
good
as
myself
and
other
people
were
trying
to
have
a
chat
with
our
family
and
friends
-My
Aunty's
meal
was
wrong
,
she
ordered
the
sweet
and
sour
pork
and
got
sweet
and
sour
chicken
,
she
did
enjoy
her
meal
yet
was
disappointed
the
waiter
didn't
get
it
correct
as
it
was
the
same
staff
member
as
above
and
wasn't
in
training
or
new
to
Hospitality
-
I
know
we
are
all
human
and
get
things
wrong
at
times
yet
I
didn't
expect
this
error
Most
of
my
family
members
enjoyed
there
meals
and
the
waiter
did
provide
10%
off
to
us
which
we
did
appreciate
yet
all
of
us
were
annoyed
at
the
fact
that
such
a
small
venue
had
music
so
loud
playing
before
10pm
and
we
left
your
venue
once
finishing
our
main
meals
and
drinks
as
we
didn't
want
to
order
dessert
/
hot
drinks
due
to
the
music.
I
hope
that
you
can
look
into
your
volume
of
music
because
this
is
a
major
off
put
for
people
when
they
are
attending
your
venue
at
a
standard
social
hour
and
just
want
to
relax
as
most
of
the
night
I
felt
I
was
shouting
to
my
family
and
the
waiter
and
could
see
other
people
were
too!
