We
booked
a
stag
do
at
Soda,
the
online
booking
team
where
great,
they
advised
on
the
packages,
cost
etc
-
I
booked
within
a
fairly
short
time
so
I
was
on
the
phone
all
the
time
too
and
they
were
very
helpful.
We
booked
the
£350
package
for
drinks
and
entry,
but
wanted
VIP
in
the
attic
and
was
informed
its
a
Minimum
spend
of
£500
to
get
a
booth
up
there,
so
the
booking
team
did
a
deal
that
I
added
another
bottle
on
the
package
bumping
it
up
to
£500
so
we
could
have
VIP,
I
then
asked
if
I
can
use
a
privilege
card
that
I
have
for
SODA
that
online
says
30%
off
bookings,
I
asked
if
that
would
work
and
Rebecca
checked
and
come
back
saying
that's
fine
so
cost
was
now
£350!
I
was
very
chuffed
and
was
grateful
to
the
staff,
I
did
call
a
few
times
as
stated
earlier
and
checked
and
confirmed
everything
a
few
times
over
a
period
of
a
month
and
a
bit.
I
prepaid
everything
before
the
night,
even
though
you
can
pay
on
the
night
I
paid
early.
Then,
come
to
the
night,
we
turn
up
at
the
door
and
the
hostess
says
there’s
a
balance
of
£150
to
pay
before
you
can
go
to
VIP??
So
I
explained
the
package
that
had
been
organised
and
booked
and
it
was
a
back
and
forth
for
10
mins
within
other
managers
and
they
said
fine,
but
this
is
the
last
time
we'll
honour
it?
as
if
I
was
making
it
up!
got
upstairs
and
another
hostess
then
tries
to
charge
me
again
the
other
£150?
I
then
had
to
explain
the
situation
again,
with
the
same
back
and
forth,
treated
as
if
I’m
lying,
she’s
holding
the
card
reader
expecting
me
to
pay.
Once
this
lady
lets
us
through,
we
order
our
4
premium
bottles
and
they
only
have
1/4
of
the
menu,
with
the
prices
blacked
out
so
we
are
unsure
what’s
in
the
choices
and
if
they
even
have
them
in
stock.
They
don't
have
any
of
the
Hennessey
or
anything
we
want
bar
Cîroc
so
I
go
and
ask
if
there’s
a
big
bottle
since
we
can’t
have
the
2
bottles
that
we
had
paid
for,
for
that
to
be
out
of
stock!
So,
we
just
ended
up
with
what
we
were
given?
They
then
bring
the
drinks
over
and
decant
them
into
thermos
looking
things?
which
they
said
is
new,
completely
kills
the
vibe
of
a
celebration
when
your
battling
just
to
get
what
you
paid
for
and
organised
previously!
I
really
don’t
know
if
id
book
again,
which
is
a
shame
as
I
love
SODA.
