The owner stole the track and trace details of a customer to text her inappropriately. I dont consider this place safe for women and will never bring my custom here again.

Enjoyed a couple of pints of Driummer Boy and a really tasty pizza from Slizza pizza next door. You can order the pizza to your table. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff.

For along time this has been my favourite ale in Cardiff but most disappointed with my latest visit. Virtually no cask ale available and the only option was well passed its best. The reaction was "we have plenty of bottled choice". No thanks, can do that at home and there are one or two offies that are very strong in this arena now. Was reassured that there would be more cask ale soon because "there are some events coming up like the autumn internationals". But surely regular supporters of the venue deserve something in the cask line away from "events". We can barely get in on international days anyway. I will give it one more try otherwise the proximity of Wetherspoon looms. At least they have a cask ale choice and it is in date.

Small craft ale pub that has a very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. A short walk from the Cardiff city stadiums. Offers a small but unique range of craft beers and ciders. Several separate seating areas and also has outdoor beer garden area. Free parking available after 6 pm at the rear of the premises. Well worth a visit.

My fav pub in pontcanna. I can’t remember how many times I’ve been here. Their new beer garden is worth visiting as well.

This is a true jewel. All beer is Welsh and they have several on tap and bottle. They also have wine and pizza (very tasty from personal experience) is served out back by slizza. The true beauty of this place are the people. Staff and locals are friendly, engaging, and have a wonderful sense of humor. Go, you will like.

What a wonderful, friendly, and relaxing place. The Ales are delicious, as is the choice of bar snacks. A true gem of a place.

Absolutely beautiful beer. Especially the UPA. beautiful venue too. The best bit for me however is on my first visit here with a friend, I was welcomed by the locals with open arms. Proper friendly and welcome pub!

So lovely and friendliest bar ever! It has a nice community spirit with strangers just freely talking to one another. There's loads of great local beers to choose from, tasty snacks and plenty of cute dogs passing through

St Cannas/ Holy Cheesus Friday was fab! The Mac Daddy was incredible. Dogs are allowed and Scout (pictured) clearly has her own fan base! The cheese toasties were suitable for but allergies which is great! They were really good with the 2 hour allotment, temperature checking, detail checking and all around covid safety.

What a great place for a beer and a pizza, good choice of real ales and a tasty pepperoni pizza. The staff were friendly and very helpful and provided a good service. While we were there they had a piano player, who was very good and the general atmosphere was great, well worth a visit.

Tiny place with more space outside and a great atmosphere. Craft ales and still ciders served by lovely and knowledgeable staff. Saw a drag artist (Gigi Spot - fantastic act) here last weekend and had the best laugh I had had in ages, I'd go as far to say one of the best nights out I have ever had. We had only popped in for one, having never been there before but ended up staying - and will definitely be back. Huge thumbs up from us xx

I love it here when I come to Cardiff. Good gravity-fed ales and a friendly vibe

Quite underwhelmed. To be fair we called at a very quiet time - teatime on Tuesday. The beers were not that great. The cider was from a box. Everything was flat and warm. I asked if my beer was supposed to be very sour and I was told - rather curtly, I thought - "yes, it's a gose". Well that explains it then. While I don't expect a lecture on gose, perhaps a little more explanation would have been nice. The follow-up questions about flatness and temperature seemed pointless. Ok, I suppose you get what you walk into.

Great beer, great staff and lovely garden. Especially great with Slizza sharing the garden meaning great pizza too

Good selection of local ales, always changing too. Cozy interior and really great back garden with roof. Amazing pizza from Slizza in the back that goes really well with the beer. Highly recommended pub for ale lovers.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Great Jamaican food, we had a great time! I highly recommend the bottomless brunch, our waitress, Lucy, was very attentive and we had a great chat about nights out in Cardiff! The bar staff's cocktails were beautiful, too!
