While
visiting
the
area
to
go
to
the
Fforest
Fawr
down
the
road,
my
son
had
booked
us
a
table
for
some
lunch.
The
staff
greeted
us
with
a
smile
(
under
the
mask
)
and
took
us
to
our
table.
Oh
lovely
,
right
next
to
the
log
burner,
so
toasty
warm.
Orders
where
taken
and
within
a
short
while
our
drinks
were
served.
No
bother
at
all
the
fact
we
had
Uther
the
golden
retriever
with
us.
Very
dog
friendly
pub
with
bowls
of
water
set
out
around
the
premises
for
them
.
Not
to
much
later
and
our
very
reasonably
priced
meals
arrived.
gammon
for
me
,
Hake
Goujohns
,
and
seasonal
burger
for
son
and
his
wife.
All
looked
amazing
with
very
large
portions
of
FRESH
chips,
not
frozen
rubbish
and
accompanying
sides.
Well
to
compare
to
the
other
place
we
went
boxing
day
,
twice
as
nice
for
half
the
price.
Such
a
nice
clean
place,
friendly
staff
and
fire
to
boot.
Loads
of
parking
in
a
large
carpark
at
the
back.
I
paid
a
visit
to
the
ladies
on
my
way
out,
which
where
clean
,
fresh
and
nicely
decorated.
Disabled
toilet
available
and
ramp
up
to
the
pub
from
both
entrances.
There's
a
charge
point
for
phones
where
you
can
lock
it
in
a
box
while
it
charges
too..
Well
worth
another
visit.
