We stopped there for the Pizza which was excellent but loved their goat cheese salad! Best salad I’ve had in ages. The pizza crust is an excellent hand tossed sourdough. The drinks are great and the staff was very nice.

I had a a mixed experience. The food was very good and very high standards. However when we first arrived they made us sit outside despite the cold because we "had not made a reservation". I thought this was a bit odd since the restaurant was empty. The pizza took forty five minutes to arrive, however they allowed us to sit inside away from the cold given that their tables were empty.

Amazing staff and customer service. Matt is fantastic, he is an excellent host. Even when it was busy we managed to fit in. The food is fantastic and drinks are great. I highly recommend Annings cider. Black dragons and mango cider was great too. Traveled here straight from London as they sadly closed london branches. It’s great, will be coming back 💛

Looking for somewhere to eat pre-concert. Cardiff was v busy so didn't hold out much hope. Lots of outside seating which was non bookable - great! Ordered food inside and was fairly warned that there would be a 45 minute wait for food due to how busy they were. Not a problem. Food arrived on time and was not bad at all considering how many pizzas they were putting out. Well organised generally. Will go back to give it a try at a less busy time. Could be a 5?!

It was OK. Nice crispy base with a decent topping. Worth a visit. Long time since I've got worked up about a pizza place and this is no exception. It's ok. No waitress/waiter service. You have to order at the bar. Nice to see they do bag in the box cider too. Not too keen on the long table /benches either. Reminds me of school dinners.

The place is quiet cosy to sit and hang around. The menu is not good for vegetarians or vegan and is very bland. They need to extend menu choices for vegetarians and make food good Garlic bread did not even feel like it had salt. Pizza had little vegetables and sauce was less. Overall it felt it was very dry

The food is not bad, but by far not outstanding. The drink selection is decent. But the service being designed around doing everything by phone, getting your dishes in a speed that some people finished their pizza plus side dish before you get yours and then requesting a 17 percent service fee is totally sketchy. The only reason I don't give this place a worse rating is that these could be cultural differences between me as a German and the UK. I'm used to my staff being attentive, paid well enough and dishes getting served at nearly the same time even if big groups visit a place and tipping being optional for really good service while the pizza is cheaper and bigger.

Went with the kids on a day trip to Cardiff as I knew they did gluten free bases for me and delicious food that the kids would love. As usual the stable was amazing, food was perfect and service was spot on.

The atmosphere, staff members and drinks were fantastic! The pizzas we had (a normal margarita and a GF margarita) were yummy but we wish they had more sauce and herbs/seasoning. Other than that, the experience was wonderful and we definitely recommend going there for lunch as it was quiet unlike the other restaurants in the St David's shopping centre next to it.

Very good food, there were a few different pizza options that aren't the usual ones. Nice selection of ciders. Had to ask how to order but the lad behind the bar who took our order was very nice. Enjoyed our lunch & would definitely go back.

Nice pizzas, but that's not hard to find nowadays. What drew me here was the great selection of cider! H owever they were "sold out" of the taster boards and drinking half pints worked out a lot more expensive than pints. Shame really because I think the point of these sort of places is trying lots of different drinks. Overall not bad but not great. I'll never understand why places charge over half the price for half a pint.

Bought 3 different pizzas and shared it plus Mac and cheese (very nice). Perfect for big groups.

visited on monday 13th february at about 6pm for dinner in a group of 5. the restaurant was fairly quiet inside but it was a lovely ambience, the lady serving us was nice and really attentive. ordered the goats cheese pizza and had a biscoff cheesecake after which were both delicious and arrived quickly. loved the lighting inside, made for a very cozy atmosphere. looking forward to visiting again in the future!

Decent pizza restaurant very close to the International Areana and St Davids 2. Food was good as was the service.

Great pizza and cider! The selection of ciders were fantastic and the pizza had a lovely crispy base and a tasty range of toppings. The service was fast and the waitress was very helpful and polite. Great place for food and drink!

Food 7/10 Customer service 5/10 Outdoor seating great in the sun, but apart from the friendly service when ordering the customer service was non-existant. The pizza was nice, but the options limited somewhat and left you wanting. I tried a new cider and while it wasn't for me, it was my fault so not included in the overall scoring.

Great service, atmosphere and they let dogs in. My only moan was that on the pepperoni pizza, one of the 2 types they used was a bit funky. Very strong strange flavour to it which wasn't too mine or one other party members taste.

Pizza had nice flavour. Could do with the sauce and filling going nearer to the edge. Not a vast menu array, but worth a try.

Foods good however poor customer service. Long story short. Asked manager to print me a receipt, manger could not focus at dealing with what I asked for, non- stop messaging on the what's app, kept switching between the till machine and her mobile phone what's app. 5 Minutes later she managed to focus and got me the receipt.

The staff were so unbelievably rude, we just got up and left after ordering. Wouldn’t recommend. They say they are fully booked when half the place was empty because the can’t be bothered to accommodate you. Will not be going back.

Pizzas are pretty good but not exceptional; take a bit longer than you might expect too.

Great Pizza, Great Cider! I had the meat pizza and the cider taster board.. would highly recommend both.. the pizza was thin and crispy with the perfect balance between dough, sauce, cheese and toppings.. highly recommended! 👌

    Great fast service. Great pizza

  • 3/5 Danniella G. 2 years ago on Google
Staff were friendly and relatively quick and the food tasted lovely, However the margarita we ordered came with about half of the pizza being crust rather than topping, which was a bit of a shame, as opposed to how it is advertised online. Cider was lovely. I Recommend Bee Sting if you like a sweet cider.

Good location, good food, nice friendly staff. We were there on a Tuesday evening and it was pretty empty, but it’s a big place so I’m sure if can get busy. Not sure on the price as I didn’t pay. Decent selection of beers available

Loved the pizzas here. Didn't have to wait very long. Staff are great at advising which ciders to try and if your not sure you can order third pint sizes. Good choice for veggie and vegan pizzas, lovely sides. Will definitely come again with our cider loving friends.

Was feeling super hungry and with various allergies I'm super fussy. Saw this place, was like hallelujah no cheddar on pizza. Seriously cannot eat cheddar. So I ordered a basic mozzarella and it was lush. So much lovely stretchy cheese. I also checked out the toilets and they were very nice, the only note being maybe better lighting is needed.

Would have loved to place a nice review but unfortunately after 15 minutes of waiting with menus on hand we had to take our leave. Wouldn't have been an issue since you were busy but after seeing a couple being served virtually seconds after entering whilst we were still being dismissed gave me the impression that we were being ignored. 2 stars since I don't like leaving 1 star

Really good even the gluten free base was awesome!
