Fab service from the manager, John. Staff were very attentive but no refillable drinks or salad bar is a let down unfortunately. Not sure why the buffet has gone from £7.50 to £8.50 when you don't get unlimited salad or garlic bread sticks though. Buffet normally is very good, but with the COVID regulations I'm not sure it's worth it. The pizzas you get are pretty small but lovely and hot.

This is an interesting place to see and eat pizza in the UK. It's a buffet pizza. If you're new in the area and from America or Canada; know that buffet pizza hut exists. Food is ok for the most part. It's cheap and easy; for 10£ you can eat pizza till your heart's content.

Went to this pizza Hut are it open on Saturday morning. Was first person in the place. The staff where nice however the place wasn't the cleanest and the toilets had not been cleaned. There was urine and stool on the floor and seat. I did not enjoy the experience.

I had an amazing experience! Super fast. Pizza and sides were all out within 10 minutes of ordering. The staff are incredible. The manager was super friendly and all were happy to help! I recommend for everyone to try it

Neat little Pizza Hut in the basement of the building. It's much smaller than the regular PH restaurants, but it's still big enough to accept a fair number of customers. Sadly it appears there is no lift, so it's not as accessible as it could be. The staff are friendly and the food is up to the usual Pizza Hut standard.

It was late and very quiet so I can't really comment on atmosphere, but what I can say is that the service was fantastic! The guy serving us was helpful, knowledgeable, and had a lovely manner. And because Pizzahut do gluten free and dairy free I could have a pizza! It tasted like actual pizza! It was a great end to our lovely evening.

Dropped in today for a spontaneous Christmas outing and was pleasantly surprised at the positive and professional service level. We were welcomed by Matthew who was polite, articulate and very attentive at all times. We were served with courtesy. attention and an upbeat, attitude. All the team seemed positive about their employer, which seems a rare quality. A surprisingly, good experience considering our expectation was not that high. Well done also to Liam, who was equally as pleasant and polite. Sadly, the ladies toilets left a little to be desired, and are desperately in need of some love care and maintenance. Well the best service we have received in a very long time, our son is 10 today and autistic, Pizza Hut is his favourite restaurant. Would like to say a massive thank you to I think the manager Mark for all his help and for giving us amazing service, this is one to definitely keep on board. He was amazing with our son even gave him a card for his birthday. Food was fab too and all the other safe were fab too, Will defo be back. Thanks from us all and especially Rio x

Very costly compared with other pizza hut stores. Good atmosphere for dine in with unlimited salads (different items). On take out they are not even providing dip.

Pizzas were lovely but a little greasier than usual. Staff was very friendly but I would prefer to place the order with a person and not an app at a restaurant. Place is a little dark being in a basement and a little dated. I was shocked to see signs on the toilet saying they sometimes have to lock the doors and give pass codes to customers due to anti-social behaviour. I have never seen this anywhere before.

My step son loves pizza and it was his birthday so that's what he got.. the environment was friendly. The food was good. Nothing to complain about to be fair. Only 1 thing we had a pram and quite a few stairs to carry down but in fairness it added to the hut theme so still no complaints

Not all Pizza Huts are the same. Having just had the worst meal in memory just a month ago, this couldn't be more different. First of all, the food was 100%. Just how I remember the good times coming to Pizza Hut. Although it was approaching the quiet time on a Friday, the salad bar was constantly being refreshed, and the pizza was amazing; but above all, the service from a young team was excellent. What a refreshing change. Why can't other huts be like this?

Popped in for meal 2 weeks back and was seated by a lovely gent who was polite, patient and ran us through the QR ordering system perfectly; so well that my mother understood it and that's saying something! Both went for the buffet and the pizza and salad bar were topped up frequently to the point that every time we went for more there were fresh hot pizzas already there so props to the kitchen staff for being on the ball! I was very satisfied with our visit and will definitely be coming back

Happy and friendly greeting at the door by Richard, followed by impeccable service where nothing was too much of an issue for him. Great food with a brilliant ambience. All the servers and restaurant staff were lovely and a credit to the pizza hut team. such a lovely evening and amazing food.

Came in this afternoon and was served by the most lovely lady named Kelly. Nothing was too much trouble, as we switched our original order for something else. Polite, friendly and welcoming. Me and my partner really enjoyed our food and time here thanks to this lovely individual. Will 100% be back.

Took my 3 kid's to Pizza hut Cardiff for lunch time buffet and it was absolutely superb, the food was all fresh and with unlimited drinks and ice cream it was a lot less stressful than taking them for a pub lunch. One other thing and a very important one at that, the staff were outstanding and couldn't do enough for us 👏

Popped in for a pizza this afternoon, was served by a lovely woman named Kelly. I ordered the wrong pizza at first but Kelly quickly sorted that out for me. Was a tasty pizza, cooked to perfection. A brilliant dining experience, big thanks to the waitress Kelly!

Pizza hut is the best and the only place to eat American pizza. The restaurant feels so nostalgic and reminds me of my childhood

Absolutely lovely service here tonight. Had an anniversary and birthday celebration with my family. The front team were a class act, and the kitchen workers were on it. The food was tasty from the unlimited salad bar all the way to the dessert. The manager there tonight was Liam, he was great. Always checking on us and showed great tenacity and determination in his work. Lovely team here. Thank you 🤩🤩⚡️

Had a great time celebrating birthdays and anniversary. Food was excellent and nice temperature. Big shout out to Amy who provided excellent customer service. Facilities were clean and everything was worth the price. Definitely will be visiting again soon 🙂

Popped into town with my family on a wim and decided to go to pizza hut, we were 10 minutes off the unlimited menu but was sorted out swiftly by Amy who made sure we was settled and served in time for our feast, Amy made sure to check in on us and was very polite, her customer service was second to none and I would go again, went to get a takeaway box and there is Mia, also a pleasure and very accommodating to me my partner and family, made us comfortable and would definately recommend, thank you Amy and Mia

Saturday 2nd April 2022. Made a visit to Pizza Hut, 3 Queen Street, Cardiff. Between 3pm to 4pm.Myself and a friend went for a meal. On entry the hosts staff member greeted us and a full welcome. We was asked how many for the sitting and where will we like to sit? The table service staffs eusure we was happy when we ordered our menu choices. Told us where the drinks and salad station is located. The choices of pizza, drinks salads and dessert is widely. Plus there is a selection of Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten free. Presentation of the meals is to a high standard. The staff and manager ensured we was happy with the meal. When leaving the staff thanks us. I will most certainly make a return visit.

Lovely little place, perfect for 4 kids and 3 mums. 3 1yos and a 2yo. Food wait times got a bit high so don't wait til you're starving but pizza was delicious! A good buy small array of animals. The ropes/aerial activity area looked fun too although ours were too little to have a go.

It's pretty rubbish. Toppings are very poor even when you order extra. Don't understand why they're still in business. The other issue is they use premade pizza bases so when they run out it drops off the menu. There are plenty of other outlets that offer better value and in my opinion a better product. So many pizza places around it would hardly be a problem finding somewhere else.

Get what you pay for. Everyone knows what to expect here and it was just what we needed. In and out within 15 minutes with a full belly and warm memories of being a kid.

I went in here for a pizza with my daughter as her mother and father and we had the ham and pineapple pizza and this was really nice and tasty so I would have this again if I returned The salad bar was nice and the refillable drinks are a good option as well As we have been to a party at Pizza Hut in the past with me taking my daughter to it as her mother amd father in another city the parents of this child were really nice and friendly to the point I sat with them for a while with balloons around the table I find most of these place franchises quite welcoming however it would be nice to have a bit of quaint music in the background while eating because it does seem quite quiet at this establishment and lacked the ambience which would make the whole meal experience a bit better .

Good food, staff were nice. Reason for low score is for online ordering which was confusing and stressful🙁. In the end the kind Manager 🙂came and did it for us, but it really had spoilt the experience.

Service was good. Strange that in these times you are encouraged to order on line and pay by card which is sad. Food was as expected from pizza hut.

Everyone loves a pizza hut... The staff were amazing and very welcoming making sure I had the best experience possible alerting me to their shortage of supplies due to issues in the pandemic, they were happy to change items on my order at no extra expense, did I mention I love pizza hut 😂😁

I love this place, if I'm in a rush, I always grab a buffet here, no hassle, straight in, straight out. Although the building is looking a little tired, the staff compensate for this massively, they are all so polite, in particular the Manager. Yet again, we had a really lovely visit today. Came to this place on a quiet Tuesday evening, it was pretty busy inside as there was a large group but it quickly got quieter when they left shorty after we arrived. The restaurant was clean and seemed to be well maintained within despite being busy. The unlimited salad bar was well stocked and had plenty of options. The service was quick and the staff were very friendly and polite. The pizza came to our table after a short wait and was cooked nicely as we're the sides. There are toilets in the restaurant that are in decent condition and fairly clean. All round good experience.

I had a day in Cardiff with my mate and went to Pizza Hut as we love Pizza Hut. The time we went it was only us two in there. We had the buffet and the Margherita was so so good and the pasta. John D is so nice. The whole time we were in there we were talking and he said witch pizza was witch. The food and John was amazing. After when we went to pay we said what happened to the Swansea Mofra Pizza Hut witch is sad because that one was very popular. He said are we from Swansea and we had a very nice conversation. I asked him to write down the pizzas and John’s name on the recipe so I could do this review. I’ll keep coming to this Pizza Hut when I’m in Cardiff and I 100% recommend

The ordering online accompanied with the plates and glasses being readily available for the buffet service was fantastic. The manager on at the time (11/6/22 approx 2pm) was extremely welcoming and accommodating and no request was too much. We saw this not only with our own experience but with the other families too. Faultless service by all staff members!

Went here last week with my girlfriend and the waitress (Kelly) and waiter (didn't get his name) were an absolute delight. Turned up for unlimited lunch a little close to finishing time but they had no problem with carrying it on a little longer for us. They were also very generous when we leaving and asked if we wanted to take some of the pizza in a takeaway box which was very kind gesture. Might not have been much to them but they made our afternoon.

Everyone knows what the food tastes like at Pizza Hut, it's a love hate for most. The food for me and my family was good but the most important thing for us was the service. Unfortunately I can't remember the waiters name but she was so attentive and very welcoming. Really made us feel comfortable and helped us with our child too. If she's reading this, we came on Tuesday 28th June 2022 and we were there around half 1 till half 2. You were brilliant!

Took my daughter for her birthday!. After not having one around for sometime. And it was just like I remembered!. We had the lunch buffet and they were very good at keeping the station filled when a pizza was empty it would be quickly refilled. The manager was great we were charged adult price for my daughter who is only 11 but was quickly dealt with and refunded and couldn't apologise enough. Service was great. Altho most of it is done by their app.
