Food

Drink
4/5
⭐⭐⭐⭐
Lovely
fresh
and
well
cooked
food.
Great
choice
of
wines.
My
barometer
for
Italians
is
the
Spaghetti
Carbonara
and
this
didn't
disappoint.
The
portions
of
the
courses
are
very
large!
I
had
the
Antipasto
Misto
and
my
wife
had
the
Fungi
con
Aglio
(Garlic
Mushrooms).
Both
very
nice,
but
very
large
portions.
Ambience
4/5
⭐⭐⭐⭐
The
restaurant
and
toilets
were
clean
and
tidy
-
open
plan
with
a
nice
airiness.
We
visited
mid
Sunday
evening
and
it
had
a
good
amount
of
patrons.
The
ambience
was
classic
Italian.
Welcoming.
The
music
was
an
Italian
radio
station
which
was
odd
but
played
nice
music
-
classic
80s/90s
tunes
but
in
Italian.
Accessibility
5/5
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The
entrance
is
level
with
the
street,
and
there
is
a
wheelchair
accessible
toilet
on
the
main
floor.
Main
toilets
are
up
a
flight
of
stairs
on
a
mezzanine
floor.
Cost
3/5
⭐⭐⭐
The
cost
of
the
food
and
drinks
was
inline
with
what
I
would
expect
to
pay
for
a
city
centre
Italian
restaurant,
with
the
portion
size
bringing
the
value
for
money
score
up.
Service
4/5
⭐⭐⭐⭐
The
service
was
good,
with
friendly,
authentic
and
knowledgeable
staff.
Summary
4/5
⭐⭐⭐⭐
A
great
Italian
restaurant
in
the
town
centre
of
Cardiff.
Relaxed
dining
on
a
Sunday
evening.
Pleasant
and
enjoyable.
We
would
come
again.
