A really lovely restaurant in the centre of Cardiff near the New Theatre. Excellent service with very friendly but efficient staff with reasonably priced delicious food. Not my first visit and won't be my last. Recommended!

I had the set menu plus a dessert. I would come back. The food flavours and presentation were excellent. There were issues with my starter not being hot enough and the risotto was over cooked. However, the starter was replaced swiftly and the fabulous flavours really outweighed the consistency of the risotto. Our waitress was very good. There were arguments between staff during service, but perhaps this is the Italian passionate nature! The toilets were excellent. The dessert was fantastic. I would recommend Bellini and look forward to returning. The pre theatre set menu was great value.

(Detailed review below) Food & Drink ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ambience ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Accessibility ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cost ⭐⭐⭐ Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Summary ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Food & Drink 4/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lovely fresh and well cooked food. Great choice of wines. My barometer for Italians is the Spaghetti Carbonara and this didn't disappoint. The portions of the courses are very large! I had the Antipasto Misto and my wife had the Fungi con Aglio (Garlic Mushrooms). Both very nice, but very large portions. Ambience 4/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The restaurant and toilets were clean and tidy - open plan with a nice airiness. We visited mid Sunday evening and it had a good amount of patrons. The ambience was classic Italian. Welcoming. The music was an Italian radio station which was odd but played nice music - classic 80s/90s tunes but in Italian. Accessibility 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The entrance is level with the street, and there is a wheelchair accessible toilet on the main floor. Main toilets are up a flight of stairs on a mezzanine floor. Cost 3/5 ⭐⭐⭐ The cost of the food and drinks was inline with what I would expect to pay for a city centre Italian restaurant, with the portion size bringing the value for money score up. Service 4/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The service was good, with friendly, authentic and knowledgeable staff. Summary 4/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great Italian restaurant in the town centre of Cardiff. Relaxed dining on a Sunday evening. Pleasant and enjoyable. We would come again.

Family gathering of 7. Glorious menu with an amazing explanation of Gluten free options by well informed staff. 3 courses that everyone loved from lasagne to sea bass. Puddings were impossible to resist and tasted amazing. Very highly recommended.

Bellini’s in Park Place - just had the most superb King Prawn starter, just to take the edge. 4 grand sized prawns that were cooked to perfection and didn’t touch the sides. Highly recommend!!

Lovely restaurant with plenty of seating. Staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. We had the seafood pasta, a pizza and the veal escalopes, which were all delicious, but I especially recommend the veal.

We always eat at Bellini's when visiting Cardiff for a show or shopping trip. The service is second to none - food is excellent all round and very good value, especially the pre-theatre menu. Our favourite Italian restaurant in Wales - looking forward to our next visit

Fansastic food one of the tastiest Italian in Cardiff. The staff is warm and welcoming, Kostadin particularly was very helpful in choosing the right meal for me and he was there all the time if we needed something. Thanks to all the staff and the chefs inside. Keep going like that guys I'll definitely come back and enjoy some of your other meals. If you like Italian that's my first choice to visit in Cardiff.

Service is outstanding and everyone there seems to really enjoying their job. Food is really good but a few more began our gluten free options would go amiss. Service is quick so it's the perfect place to go for a pre-theatre lunch.

Lovely meals, and pleasant cocktails. Pleasant modern decor, attentive staff. Pasta based meals would not be my first choice, and this was a spur of the moment thing. I am pleased we made this choice as the food was highly tasty. Highly recommend this place.

Never been before but loved it! Will definitely be going back there sometime soon without a doubt. Recommend the oysters, very very nice. Had mussels for the main course. Faultless. Highly recommend Bellini's.

Bellini's is the perfect place for something a little more fancy but not bank breaking. The food was great and the service was like a perfect team working together. The Carbonara I had was really good, which is rare at restaurants. Portions are generous and well priced. The venue itself is a bit basic though which is sadly why it's not a 5 star. Will definitely be coming again! Perfect for a chill dining in experience.

Faultless, food was exceptional and reasonably priced. Service was again, exceptional. Three waitresses going over and above, also the chef came to the table to see if everything was OK. My wife was unsure what to order as a main and was tempted by the lamb meatballs but not sure if the lamb would be too rich, when they brought the starter they also brought four of the meatballs in a separate dish for her to try, they were delicious and made her mind up. Lovely chilled atmosphere. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

There are no soft furnishings; curtains, table cloths etc, so it's very noisy when it's busy. But they do decent Italian food at reasonable prices and the service was good.

Very friendly staff, great service. The food was good but not amazing and not a lot of choice. My review is mainly based on the service as the staff were great.
