Waited 1.5 hours for food that didn't arrive. They said I didnt order minimum amount of food so are not delivering. Didn't have the courtesy to call us to notify us they wouldn't be coming. Turns out minimum order is £10, my order was £9.99

I ate here for the first time around 2/3 weeks ago on Fri 13th (yup) and the next day I had gotten food poisoning. I went to my doctor after suffering with nausea and vertigo for three days straight, abdominal pain... the lot... They confirmed I had food poisoning. Still off work from it now. Food was actually quite delicious and came on time, the order was even spot on but it's a shame I won't be coming back due to getting ill. Staff need o take a course on the importance of contamination and poisoning because in reality, I could have died.

Restaurant is not open at 13:00 as stated on the menus, Google and Just Eat. The 'cleaner' who answered the phone was less than helpful to say the least about the matter. It really is a massive shame as I genuinely liked this place before it went under 'new management,' who still provides the same menus as previous, which states the now incorrect opening times.

Would not recommend in way. Pizza looks and tastes like cheap frozen. Had to ask for replacement had to wait a while and cold second delivery.

Just visited this shop to buy chips, when I am paying for it the person working inside the shop was licking his finger coz some chocolate brownie was there in his fingers then he straight away took the chips without washing his hands (not being hygienic) and started to frying it. I got shock and objected it he coolly replied nothing to worry as he just licked his top of the fingers then I argued and got refund. FOOD and HYGIENE rating must be 0. I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS KIND OF SHOPS

Sides and pizza very nice however the two mains, two burgers arrived burnt and heavily chard and even the extras inside the burger was also burned and dried to a crisp. Called to try to sort something out, got transferred calls and wad told that management would be contacted and expect a call back, to which never happened. Considering ive ordered multiple times before and on a good day the food can be very enjoyable today i was very disappointed and unsatisfied.

Incorrect food, warm salad and drinks delivered with chocolate fudge cake missing. When we phoned and said about the wrong items were brought and things were missing they said because of the traffic they didn't know if they could get our correct food back out to us and if they could it would be between 11 and 12.30. We told them we weren't happy and they laughed on the phone at us, put another colleague on and argued. How rude! We will not be ordering from these unprofessionals again!!

Amazing gourmet burger 🍔, had the chicken gourmet burger it’s healthy and delicious. Would highly recommend for a meal great value.

Originally left a 5 star review but my second visit changed my mind. Chicken wrap was so burnt that it tasted like charcoal and I just could not swallow it. The staff made it sound like I was making things up coz 'they sold a couple of chicken wraps the same day and none of the customers complained'. They gave me a refund afterall but I felt disrespected as they never apologise & made it sound like my fault of being unsatisfied with their (burnt) food.

Best takeaway shop in Cardiff, very good customer service, friendly staff and polit. Have a nice food, very high quality of burger ever seen in cardiff
