Very nice place! Quite romantic I can say! Fancy and attractive as every traditional and modern French restaurant. I can wait to get back for a good stake. We taste the wine....hmmm. Marvellous! Grate atmosphere and friendly personnel. High prices as I aspect!

Great little French restaurant in Canton. Lovely food and great service all night. Good coffee too, served by a waiter whose enthusiasm matched his considerable skills as a barista. Will be back. Could only be enhanced by more veggie and GF options.

Cosy little place. The food was okay, but as I'm a veggie and this is a French place, I wasn't expecting more than that! Mushrooms en croute to start were a bit uninteresting but okay. Mediterranean vegetable tart main had a nice filling but very flabby pastry - possibly having been microwaved. The dessert of chocolate brownie, however, was divine. Rich yet light and just gorgeous. The service was fast and friendly and the atmosphere lively and fun.

Excellent authentic French bistro, a group of four of us took advantage of a travelzoo voucher to try this place out. The food and service were both excellent, even paying full prices we would all return and recommend Stanleys to others. We had the bone marrow, amazing, the scallops, as good as we have had anywhere and the beef carpaccio, great, for starters. We followed with 2 bouillabaisse, really rich flavour , confit duck, crispy outside with fall off the bone meat and the beef fillet, very tender , tarte tatins to follow were also delicious, only weak note was a soso pear. Visit this bistro, support small business venture with interesting food !

Really excellent meal here tonight. Classic French bistro style food, each course delicious. Beef medallions were particularly good. Service was quick. Basically, we had a great meal and a lovely night. We will definitely be back. Thanks!

Very nice and authentic French restaurant with excellent dishes. One of the best French restaurant I have tried in the UK. The waitress is very friendly and very warm atmosphere. I highly recommend it. The only negative point is that they are not in Bristol 😄 . I really enjoyed, it's such a delicious food, great quality and beautifully cooked. Merci beaucoup. Bonne continuation.

👍👍 Great Jamaican food, we had a great time! I highly recommend the bottomless brunch, our waitress, Lucy, was very attentive and we had a great chat about nights out in Cardiff! The bar staff's cocktails were beautiful, too!
