Looking
through
the
reviews
I’m
beginning
to
think
we
missed
something.
Perhaps
we
caught
them
on
the
wrong
day.
Overall
the
food
is
good
quality
however
80%
of
our
dishes
on
the
tasting
menu
were
fish
based
which
was
a
bit
much,
especially
when
they’re
cold.
A
lot
of
the
ingredients
were
involved
in
a
number
of
dishes
which
did
detract
from
the
concept
of
a
tasting
menu
as
a
lot
of
the
flavours
blended
across
the
dishes.
We
didn’t
enjoy
the
caviar
or
the
foam
which
appeared
in
a
number
of
dishes.
One
detail
that
is
easily
fixed
is
the
acoustics
of
the
restaurant,
we
really
struggled
to
have
conversation
at
our
table
as
the
noise
was
very
loud
as
a
result
of
the
hard
furnishings
and
questionable
choice
of
music.
These
are
easily
fixed
and
actually
with
a
handful
of
changes
this
restaurant
could
really
elevate
itself
to
a
high
level.
Clearly
a
talented
chef
and
service
team,
with
some
of
the
above
points
taken
on
board
this
would
easily
be
a
5
star
potential.
Unfortunately
in
London
restaurants
like
this
are
2
a
penny.
This
said,
overall,
we
still
had
a
decent
evening.
Cocktails
and
wine
menu
were
very
good.
