Massively over priced and the staff cannot take any criticism of any kind. They act like children if you have the smallest complaint. Learn to take responsibility if mistakes are made. Will avoid this place now based on the staff mainly. Lastly, go to Zi's Cafe (Woodville road). Much nicer food, authentic and reasonably priced. Funny how Noble House are the only ones charging unreasonable price. Remember people high price doesn't mean good food, sometimes it means pretention.

Due to the lockdown you arent allowed inside, so they have a big menu in their window with the prices on and have to phone up to order, which is fine. So I ordered and the food was brought out with a receipt to be paid and none of the prices matched. They were all significantly inflated. I asked if I can pay the prices advertised on their menu and I was refused. Unless you want to be served by dishonest management who take advantage of a global pandemic then go elsewhere

You’re crazy if you order from here. Ordered chicken and cashew nuts. Never seen this dish like this. Horrible taste and thick dark brown sauce. Got an argument when I complained and an attitude. Was then given a curry and have never tasted anything like it in my life. This Chinese was expensive £20 for a curry and not even edible and more attitude from the staff. They’re thieves NB as you can see from below the attitude I had to deal with and name calling as below. It’s no wonder there are so many awful reviews on here Worst “customer service” I’ve ever had

Not sure if unlucky re chef tonight but shockingly poor for price. Chicken was hard and over cooked. Tasteless. Incredibly over priced for quality. Worst spring rolls I’ve ever tasted. Had better far cheaper. Massively disappointing.

Get orders wrong, nearly killed someone in my party with an allergy and then got so RUDE, claiming we were trying to get free food out of them. Lectured me for an hour at the door.

Had takeaway via Just Eat last Tuesday (20th June). It’s now 26th and still suffering from food poisoning. Horrendous norovirus like symptoms started 2pm Wed 21st but really escalated early hours of Thursday morning (3am). Violent vomiting and diarrhoea until 10pm Friday night with chills, sweats, headaches. Still far from fixed with pains in my stomach and general weakness. All of that for only £50. I have been here numerous times the food is always excellent my family enjoy eating from here at least once a month yes the prices are a little more than usual places but the quality is miles above everywhere else! Best Chinese in South Wales! Plenty of vegan options the staff are friendly and the delivery is always speedy! Keep up the good work! Happy new year!

The prices in window are less than online. Set meal for two online £45 in window £35 collection only. Cash for window price, card machine broken. Ripping off the tax system and their customers. If you want this business to pay Tax you need to add onto window price.

I order from this eatery often and always find the service to be excellent, food is prepared and waiting for collection as agreed, orders are correct and most importantly I enjoy the food.

Food was fresh and of high quality, Beef flank slices are massive cuts, American Orange chicken to die for. Expensive place though but food really hit the spot, worth the price for the experience!❤️

Wrong food delivered, the 'manager' refused to refund the meal and was extremely rude. Luckily we ordered through Just Eat, we sent them photos of all the food. They agreed the order was not correct and issued a refund. Reading some of the replies from this poor excuse of a take away simply highlights their lack of care. Avoid.

This place is very overpriced. Food is ok not brilliant. I’d only order there if they greatly decreased their prices £14 for king prawn green thai curry or for Singapore fried rice £11 it’s disgusting prices

Worst food ever and very expensive for a noodle and black bean sauce, 17/01 I ordered a noodle with black beans and he forgot to send me the noodle, I asked where my pasta was, he apologized and sent me the pasta and told me to mix it on my own paper plate, it’s shame and I paid £ 22,00 quid for this “food”
