Despite
having
been
a
regular
customer
at
Milk
and
Sugar
in
One
Central
Square,
the
customer
service
I
have
received
is
absolutely
shocking.
All
female
staff
members
have
treated
me
with
no
respect
and
little
care.
After
having
a
terrible
experience
with
the
staff
here
a
couple
of
months
ago,
I
told
myself
I
was
never
going
back,
however
today
due
to
convenience
I
had
no
option
other
than
to
go
here
as
I
was
in
back
to
back
meetings
and
had
10
minutes
to
grab
some
lunch.
At
first
I
thought,
oh
there
are
new
staff
members
hopefully
it
has
improved.
However
I
soon
regretted
visiting
this
cafe.
The
waitress
belittled
me
and
started
going
on
about
how
"her
old
manager
was
sacked
and
the
new
manager
won't
allow
rules
to
be
broken"
after
I
had
asked
for
a
meal
deal
which
is
an
offer
the
cafe
has.
After
her
telling
me
this,
she
then
'allowed'
me
to
continue
on
getting
a
meal
deal
even
though
she'd
made
me
out
to
be
as
if
they
didn't
do
these
regardless
of
it
being
advertised.
She
was
then
extremely
rude
to
me
acting
as
if
she
was
doing
ME
a
favour
even
though
all
I
wanted
was
a
sandwich
which
considering
I
am
a
paying
customer
and
was
visiting
a
cafe
surely
was
a
right
I
had?
Absolutely
appalled
by
her
customer
service
and
attitude.
