Lovely food as always. Pizzas seem to have gone quite expensive but to be fair we haven't been in a while. The service was slow and the place only had about 6 tables seated. I know we're social distancing but no one came to check on us and it took ages to get attention for drink refills. Saying that we'd happily go back and enjoy some more food and drink - pizza hut still do amazing food.

Food was spot on, staff helpful and polite. Didn't like all the children making so much noise it was unbearable at the, parents just sitting on their phones while their children running about causing mayhem, felt sorry for the staff having to clean up after the 2 families with uncontrollable children as there was food on floor after being stood on, spilt drinks and while the rude children were running around they crashed into an older gentleman carrying his salad back, I know its not the restaurant fault and was completely the parents fault but it did spoil out meal a little. Well done to the staff for putting up with it.

After failing to get tables at other restaurants went to the Cardiff bay pizza hut. Always consistent, staff are always very professional and willing to help. Before being seated we were made aware of items not available on the menu. Have been comming here for over 20 years I can honestly say this particular store is by far the best in South Wales, and I have tried many.

On time and clean..very COVID safe

I really enjoyed the BBQ americano pizza and chicken wings and the J20 drink was refreshing. The service was excellent and our food arrived in a speedy time. The only complaint I have is the maximum 3 hour parking only in the retail park and at pizza Hut. I felt this time restriction was grossly unfair as it does not allow enough time at all to eat and explore some of the stores. I wish that pizza Hut customers were exempt from this 3 hour rule in cases of parties as I do not feel there should be any parking restrictions. Aside from the parking irritations, the restaurant was lovely

A classic Pizza hut. Visited during the week at around lunch time. Was quiet during this time with only a few tables occupied by customers. Ordered the all you can eat pizza buffet £7.50 (drinks extra). This deal is fantastic value for money as it also includes the salad bar and pasta. Pizzas come out at a good rate and will normally have a standard mozzarella, pepperoni, veggie and chicken based one. I left feeling rather full and content. Staff were pleasant and the restaurant and facilities were very clean. Would definitely visit again.

The restaurant that we visited in Cardiff retail park was clean and well kept. The staff ensured that our food and drinks were brought out quickly after we ordered. The website ordering seemed a little excessive as the staff still visited our table twice before we ordered, and it seemed a little impersonal, but it worked.

Nice, staff not to sure about the hole only paying on card system, but overall food was nice!

Service is ordered at the bar so take a pen and paper with you if you have a big group. We went in at 3pm and were told the buffet was closed.

This location is well maintained. Restaurant is very clean, super friendly staff, quick service & food was delicious! Plenty of parking and lots of seating inside. A great place for family dining at economical prices.

Girl serving was very rude and unhelpful!! Ordered a pizza it came out tiny! The place was dead and I'm not surprised!! Once eaten felt very pushed out!! Left very unhappy and still Hungary!!

Nice little pizza hut. Had a nice welcome at the door. Staff was really friendly. Surprised to have a buffet on a Sunday as thought the buffet was only available on a weekday. Food was of a good quality and the pizza buffet was stocked more quickly than have been in previous visits. My son loves coming to this pizza hut for his birthday and this has been the 3rd year running coming here.

Clean restaurant. Staff super friendly but over stretched so a lot of waiting. Another front of house would have made it five star. Food perfect.
